Went to get my tire patched, was expecting to be charged for the work, and was told it was free of charge! Excellent customer service and really friendly staff! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Went there to get a tire plugged for someone whom frequently receive services there was told they don't do charity and to me they don't value their customers or others time a tire plug takes only 5 to 10 minutes top not 45 or over an hour I waited over an hour and took the tire somewhere else and got it done in under 10 minutes

The wait to have my TPS (tire pressure sensor) replaced was good. I would have given stars all the way across if I could have been shown the old part.

It wasn't a great experience with them. They had my car for more that 3 hours to change 2 rims and alignment. Later on, I recieved an email from them telling me its done so I called the shop and they confirmed that. When I arrived they charged me the whole price and the car wasn't ready. Any way couple minutes later they told me they couldn't do the alignmnet coz the frame was bent and they refunded the alignment price and charge me for over $120 for chainging the 2 rear rims. It was bad experience to be honest.

I had the best experience here! I went on a trip and pre-checked my car out here for free. Their technician rotated my tires for free (Dylan) when he heard I didn't get them done at my last oil change elsewhere.

Needed to replace the tire scensors. Was told up front the cost and time expectations so there were no surprises. They reminded me the back brakes needed done (totally forgot about that from last visit with a nail in the tire).
I was able to log on their internet and work while they did their stuff, minimizing the time away from work. Totally pleasant and good experience. FYI, I made an appointment with them to replace my rear brakes a few days later.

Communication is great. Same day service but I would have wanted better care of my vehicle.
Grease stains and multiple scratches to the front bumper.
Interior was also left with stains in multiple places.

They fixed my breaks same day, & even got me lift ride home + back because they didn’t want me & my son to have to wait in the lobby. A little bit expensive but they fixed my lil grandma car.

Headed south on a camping trip, I was over an hour from home and my truck began drifting and got progressively more sluggish on the highway around 1pm. I got to Les Schwab, and they quickly assessed that the calipers locked up on both front brakes. They immediately got rotors ordered on short notice from the supplier for same day delivery and stayed two hours after closing to finish the truck. It turned out that they were able to resurface my rotors, and didn't need the ones they had to rush over, saving me around $800 from the initial estimate. This team was able to assess the situation, plan for potential pitfalls, and spend they extra time and resources to ensure we made it on the road the same evening, without gouging me for extra costs. I can't thank this team enough!

bring your own jack point adapters and plastic covered socket. they dont care if they scratch your rims. too cheap to use plastic jacketed sockets.

All nice young men that we dealt with. When it was taking longer than I had anticipated, they supplied a ride home, and then came and picked us up when our vehicle was finished.
