I've always had good experiences working with Les Schwab. Their free tire repair, well priced tire options, and warranties keep me coming back.
This experience was nothing short of Customer Service at it's best! My car had a damaged tire and I needed it replaced before my road trip over the Labor Day weekend. I went in thinking they would order the tire and next week I would get it installed. No, they got it in by 11:00 am and by Noon me and my car were out of there.
Peter, Parker, Mary, and Kellen (the manager) took very good care of me. They gave me options and advice on how to best handle my situation. I have hope that the spirit of Customer is still alive and well, at least in this Les Schwab location. For that, I am truly Grateful!

We came in with dropping tire pressure and were greeted at the parking stall. Less than 30 minutes later we were out the door with tires road worthy and information to keep them that way. Asia was very professional and helpful from greeting to send off. THANK YOU!

Was visiting Auburn looking at a potential job position. My right rear wheel was making some strange noises. I thought it was bearings. The person who helped me took it for a test drive and then put it up on the rack and pulled that wheel off. He was able to determine that it was a minor brake issue that just needed some adjustment. He did not adjust it. I do my own brake work. He did not charge me for for what he did. I guess he considers that part of a brake inspection. Which they do for free anyway.
I have always liked Les Schwab in this particular one which I had never been to before did not let me down.

these guys fixed my wheels in just 15 minutes, they are extremely friendly and responsive, before this I went to 3 shops and wasted a few hours, I had to come to them first, I will come back to them with love I highly recommend them

We made an appointment for today (Saturday) at 3pm specifically for brakes, even left a note that both rear pads needs to be changed. 15 minutes after dropping the car off we received a call, They checked the pads and told us “yeah it needs to be changed” well that’s what we’re here for and that they are not changing ‘just’ pads so we have to have the callipers change as well. okay… then give us an estimate, unfortunately they can’t do that as well because they don’t have the stock for it and no one will work on the car for today and asked us to comeback on monday.
It will help IF they at least call us in the morning and tell us that they dont have stock for it so we can at least look somewhere else and did kot wasted our time for nothing.

Took our truck in to get brakes done. Was told other things needed done immediately, ever though after work was done, we were told it wasn't as serious as thought and could have waited. Cost was almost $2000.00.
Very disappointed.
