Got a hat for my husband for father's day was told they will email my receipt.Well it's been a week still havent gotten it. Checked all my folders I got nothing

Literally went in shopped for hat added a name they called me to let me know the hat was ready I told them I’d be there in a few minutes( I was purchasing items at another store. )Got there @ 5:45p they were closed.. their closing time is @ 7pm lmao they didnt even bother to let me know they were going to be closing..

Horrible service the employees were not helpful and ignored us , while costumers cleaned up glass that the employee broke took 25 min and still no help they have lost our business .
