There is two lady working on that location of $2000 salary and attitude like $1 million. I just buy one jacket from other MK location. And return or exchange here at Auburn outlet collection. I don’t know how and they say we not can exchange here because you buy from different location. How is that possible? I’m here at the store around 6:35 PM. I don’t know why this kind of arrogant people working.

The door was locked. I tried opening the door, and two employees saw me and IGNORED ME. they pretended they don’t see me instead of walking out and saying something. Rude.

Was highly disappointed in the customer service today. I walked around for several minutes deciding on what I wanted and not one person asked if I needed assistance. They spoke to others as they walked in and some provided them service. I went from the front to back looking and no service. Then finally I guess they got tired of me going around the store after I walked passed them enough or maybe they were profiling (I’m sure) and the tall thin young lady asked me if I needed assistance. I then asked her if the staff changed and it seemed to get all there attention. She didn’t say much cause I let her know how horrible the service was thus far. It’s at that time someone wanted to provide me service.
When I first started coming here after I moved here the staff was so welcoming and helpful. This new staff (I’ve seen the transition over the past year) is less than desirable. I still bought my 3 pieces that I found despite them, cause I like Michael Kors and have shopped with them for years! The staff need to do better and definitely not profile.

Love the purse I purchased here, the selection was great, although when I went to the checkout to purchase my bag and wallet, the girl was extremely arrogant in the fact I declined the warranty, I felt so bad after.

I went to the mall today. Purchased some items. I just wanted to say the customer service was excellent! The SA was very helpful and professional. Just as good as the Luis vuitton store. Went to Coach afterwards and their customer service was none. Hats off to Michael Kors. Will definitely be back.

Simply put, this place is amazing. The store was well stocked and neat. There was plenty of staff on hand to help all the Black Friday (weekend) shoppers and to keep the displays organized. The staff were all helpful, but not pushy or annoying.One young lady in particular (I will call her Goldie because she was wearing a gold shirt on Saturday and a gold dress on Sunday) stands out. I believe she was the manager. I had A LOT of time standing around in there as my wife shopped, so had a lot of time to observe. Every 10-15 minutes or so she would move the staff around, always seeming to explain expectations, which seemed to work well. The staff all seemed happy and upbeat , which is a sign of a good leader.Lastly, the prices were phenominal. Will have to visit this store more often.
