I visited Mutual Materials in Auburn to select pavers and retaining wall blocks, not knowing what I wanted or needed. David who moves the pallets was very helpful as was the sales rep, Tara Brunette. Very helpful and friendly!

I was helped by Dan at the Tacoma store. He told me he normally works at the Auburn store. I had to load by hand 13 paving stones that weighed 92 pounds each. I am almost a senior citizen and not in the best shape. Also, I had a Toyota Tacoma which will not fit a standard pallet. Dan found a smaller pallet that would fit and helped me load the bricks on the pallet. This allowed him to load all of them neatly in my Tacoma. I was worried about loading the materials, but Dan took great care of me. I have shopped a Mutual Materials many times and I have always found the staff to exceptional.

I’ve been purchasing material from this location for years. Dave does great at loading my product professionally and has caught mistakes on my orders multiple times where I would have been leaving with the wrong product. He saved me time and money!
