Ben Janin is your guy ! Got me my bike 21 days before it even made it to the shop to be assembled! Waiting was the hardest part but well worth it. Proud to be part of the Nash family! Would definitely recommend Nash for all your needs! Thanks Ben Janin it's been three years today!

Great experience. Appreciated the low pressure approach. Ben was very helpful and unlike most sales people I felt he wasn’t overly aggressive with making a sale. He was patient and understanding with me being indecisive. Thanks Ben!

I was extremely disappointed with my entire experience at NASH. I went in and bought a new quad because my uncle told me they were a great shop. Now I will say from the start that the quad I bought is an entry level quad for my wife so that she can learn how to ride. After I bought the quad it took them two days to get the quad to work properly in order for me to pick it up. That should’ve been my first warning. After a combined 35 miles from small riding trips the quad started having issues, it would randomly die when it was going 30-40 mph, sometimes it wouldn’t start, and then the speedometer stopped working. I took the quad back in to get it taken care of because I was insured by my first salesman that this bike was completely warrantied because it was a new brand and they wanted to make sure they were standing behind the bikes they sold. They ended up trying to charge me 700 dollars for what they said was maintenance issues, claiming there was nothing wrong with the quad. I talked them down to 200. And this was all after they had the quad in their possession for almost 2 weeks without so much as a call to me to update me. Every time I talked to them it was because I called in. They ended up not being able to fix the speedometer which was the only thing they said was covered under the warranty. And finally when I went to go pick up the quad they charged me an additional 120 bucks for stupid charges. All in all..I will never buy a bike from them again. I planned on buying three new things this next year but I will not give any more money to this dealership. If you buy something 9-12 grand I’m sure they’ll take care of you much better. But if you are buying any entry level ride they treat you like trash. Sorry for the book……Update 3 weeks later, the comment below from Aric Muse was from my initial posting of my comment. I contacted him by phone where he proceeded to give me a salesman speech about how Kayo can deliver a variety of vehicles to be sold that can vary in quality from bulletproof to having a variety of issues. He then stated that this is not their responsibility to take the financial hit for these problems even though a 2 year warranty was added onto the loan when the bike was purchased. He made it clear to me that this is a warranty supplied by the dealership to ensure quality of product. When I asked him if that’s the case then shouldn’t they make sure the machine I bought is working properly, he told me he wouldn’t give me a direct answer until he talked with his technicians. Overall it was the same conversation as a mother with a 12 year old for not wanting to take responsibility for a bad product. The only reason he commented was to look good for someone looking through Google reviews, not to find any resolution for selling a machine that does not hold its weight for the price I paid. Aric if you want to call me again that’s fine, but unless you want to buy the bike back for the price I paid, don’t bother. It only has 30 miles on it so the price point shouldn’t be half the msrp like previously stated to me

Don’t waste your time at other dealerships, Nash is the way to go. My family has bought 2 dirt bikes and a jet ski from Nash this year and we plan on buying even more for next summer. Working with Ben over by the KTM sales has been the easiest experience yet. Ben’s the man and not only did he give me a fantastic deal on a new TTR230, but he gave me the best camping and riding locations in Washington. Their parts department is extremely welcoming as well. I ended up getting everything I could need there with a lot of help. I 100% plan on coming back and getting a new KTM for next season.

The best dealer you'll find in the area, and the salespeople and other staff are excellent. I worked with Erik to get a new DRZ for my son, and he was very helpful and informative. He even stayed after closing to get my purchase completed. I'll be buying a new bike for myself soon, and this is where I'll go.

Went in a was just looking at getting a new side by side. I bought a few atvs from here and never had any complaints. Mario was our sales guy. He was very helpful and not pushy. In fact the owner even was showing us rides with. I concern for him time and was very considerate of our needs. I will say, be aware of your apr if you are going to finance. If it's high, go to a credit union, or even better come with your own pre approval loan before shopping. The finance guy will always be the one to look out for.

Okay, this is way overdue. I rolled in on my Road Star. My front tire was cupped badly, and my rear tire was completely bald in the center. (Literally happened overnight- guessing it delaminated after hitting a huge pothole 3 days earlier). It was July 5th, and every place had been closed for the holiday weekend. With no appointment, Gary was able to squeeze me in to have my tires, oil, and rear brakes changed. This was awesome, as I had no place to stay, since I am from New Hampshire, and on a cross country bike trip. The prices were fair, and the people competent. They treated me very professionally and had me on my way. Thank you Gary and everyone in that Giant Toy Store you call Nash Powersports!Dave D.New Hampshire

Had a flat rear tire replaced a year ago. Charged me over $500. Tire is flat again within a year for the same reason and they won't do anything for me. Terrible service, over-priced. Will not spend money there again.

If you want to PURCHASE an ATV...dont go THERE. We waited for 40 minutes and finally asked the solitaire playing receptionist if she wouldcall a salesperson to help us. What we got was an UN-salesman. We had cash in hand to purchase a Kayo 180 Storm. The sales tag on machine said $2497 with a disclaimer of another fee of $475. The 1st thing out of the guys mouth was "thats not the final cost". We waited another 25 minutes while the guy literally sat in (what I assume was) the sales office, to be told the final cost would be $4000+. Just drove to Paulson's and got the same quad for $3500 out the door. Definitely worth the drive to Lacey. They were straight up about the price no false advertising and we were signed and loaded in under 20 minutes. Not sure about the additional $1503 they came up with in Auburn but I can tell you Im not a fan of their math OR their lack of customer service. Hope they are better at solitaire.

I went in to Nash Powersports to look at a Kawasaki Z400 Motorcycle. I met Nolan in sales and he was very helpful. I wound up finding out they didn’t have one in stock so I was deciding if I wanted to go for something else. He called a couple days later and said that the Z400 just arrived and he was able to have the bike built for me later that same day, because he knew I wanted that one most! When I went in to look at the bike, it unfortunately was to small for me (because I’m 6’5). So I didn’t end up purchasing that motorcycle. But I’m writing this review anyways because Nolan was very helpful, very responsive to my texts with questions I had, and went above and beyond for his customer, giving me a great all around experience! If you are going to go to Nash Powersports definitely ask for Nolan!
