I went to get a pedicure and this place has great reviews; so I was looking forward to getting service here. Unfortunately the fire was locked and the building was completely busy. A lady was sitting on the couch and opened the door to tell me they were open but she was busy.
Also be careful in their parking lot because there is a massive dip and I scrapped the hell out of the bottom of my vehicle.

I went in there and showed a picture of what I wanted. Because of the lack of English, she couldn't talk or understand what I wanted. she painted my nails but did not clearly tell me she could not do the design. I asked if she could do one close to what I showed and she said, "no design". Had I known that I would have gone in a completely different direction as for the design. I will not be going back.

This lady is horrible! She has a bad attitude and her salon is falling apart! She cuts you with the clippers when she cuts your toe nails. Her English is really bad! All she nows is sorry or okay. She pushes you for nails and begs and expects you tip her! She doesn't have her business license displayed anywhere her son cuts hair has no business license as well. Parking is horrible! Even if you call and make a appointment if her regular client comes in she puts them first and tells you to come back in 2 hours. She doesn't have set hours. She complains she wants to retire because she's tired.

Getting an appointment was easy on a Sunday. However, it is now Thursday and my dip powder nails are cracked on 3 of my nails.

This use to be my favorite place to go. I don't know what happened but I feel like I get the cold shoulder. I'm going to find a new place to go. Very unprofessional.
