Visited the Nordstrom Outlet at Auburn Collection and found the location easy to access from both the mall and the parking lot. For such a large store, I was surprised that there isn’t a restroom available inside the store itself rather then what’s available within the mall. At least I couldn’t find one. They have a good selection of clothes and a small kids’ section with toys, which kept my children entertained while I shopped. The cashier service is quick and efficient, but there never seems to be staff around to ask for help. Maybe that’s just part of their business model? Something to keep in mind if you need assistance while browsing.

Absolutely love being harassed about your credit card while I’m trying to check out. Nordstrom rack is the only place I know when I walk up to the register they are going to ask me about it. It makes me feel like I’m shopping at Walmart.

Here at the Auburn location its always busy! I had the amazing experience with working with Moises in the shoe department. He was amazing with his Customer service!! I brought a pair of Birks back thinking I needed a bigger pair. I ended up trying them back on in store and they fit fine. After all that he wasn't frustrated with me at all he still had a smile on his face.his is why I come to Nordstrom, thank you Moises!! I hope he is recognized for his amazing customer service!

Atrocious men’s selection. Severely lacks in variety and merchandise. Men’s shoes as well. Nordstrom rack has definitely sipped in how they carry themselves if this is the type of quality they have and lack of merchandise for men. Not worth the 15 minute drive to check this place out.
