You think maybe your drivers can stop delivering my Postal freight to everywhere but my location? They were only 770 miles off on their recent delivery location. Last time they also delivered it to a completely different location. Isn't reading and comprehending English part of the interview, hiring process, and job duties??
Might want to vet your employees a little better. If they can't read snd comprehend plain english....they probably shouldn't be driving your trucks. Just saying.
Oh... and please tell your forklift drivers that the forks go UNDER the pallets, not THROUGH the boxes on the pallets.

The staff was professional and accommodating. The unloading process proceeded without any issues. The trailer was dropped off at the yard, and the check-in process was efficient and prompt.

They are horrible anymore! You call them for a pick-up early in the morning and they never show up to grab the freight. They don't call you. They just leave you hanging. When you call to ask why, this is their response, we were too busy to pick up your freight!!
Use Peninsula instead! Always reliable!!

Got here at 1am they let me go inside park and sleep. My appointment is at 8am and I go check in 5 min before and they say they don’t take anybody in till 4pm. I wait and check in again every 2 hours and they say the same thing. Waited about 12 hours for them to take in the trailer and unload it!!

What I love about Oak Harbor is that everything can be set up online and tracked. Cost of shipment is added less then a day later. Out of all carriers I have used with my company I prefer them first.

If you are not a large volume customer, don't bother. Oak Harbor does not care about small business, they are unreliable to show up for pick-ups, their customer service is rude, their communication is non-existent.Oak Harbor is so terrible we've finally had to tell customers we cannot ship with that freight company. 41 years in business and this is the only freight company that can't figure out how to pick up a package.
