You have to wait for a cashier to come check you out. Don’t go here if you don’t have time to wait for service

I have been buying from these clowns for many years. But lately they have gone downhill badly. Just placed an online order, then got a message that the product was not available, this is the 2nd time it has happened. recently. I ended having to go into the store and waste my time, that's why I tried to order online! I am done with them.

Zania at Office Depot was incredibly helpful with printing my flashcards. She was professional, patient, and made sure everything turned out perfectly. Excellent customer service!

Went in to print some documents. For some reason, google docs would NOT let me print. One of the docs was too large to email so I was sort of stuck. Raidon ( employee) spent a lot of time with me trying to make it work, even though he had other work to do. After about an hour, i purchased a thumb drive and put the document on that and was finally able to print. Raidon was patient and kind even though i kept interrupting him! He did a great job and i am grateful he didn’t give up on me! Thanks !!

Don't go here much, but I always find whatever I need. Easy in, easy out.

My experience with this store hasn’t been bad, but it hasn’t been particularly good either.
The selection is not great. More than once I’ve walked out empty handed because they didn’t have what I needed.
What they do have is overpriced. Almost everything there can be ordered from Amazon for less. I would only buy here if I needed something urgently (if they even have it, that is).
The print/copy station is easy and convenient to use, and the print quality is good, but the cost per copy is ridiculous. Especially for color copies. I’ve made copies here when my home printer was out of commission, but you’re much better off investing in your own printer in the long run if you print/copy even semi-regularly.
I would much rather print and copy at the library for free or for very low cost (after I hit my page quota.) At least there my money goes to a community resource instead of a giant corporation, but the library isn’t always open when I need it.
It’s also a little tricky to get an employee to help when you need it. They don’t seem to be very present, you kind of have to hunt them down. No one greets me when I come in even if they are nearby, and only once have I been approached and asked if I needed help (after wandering the store alone for nearly 10 minutes.) So the customer service could use a bit of work.
All in all it’s not terrible, but I don’t bother going here unless it’s my only option.

The older sales associates are always nice and chatty. I mostly come here to get Visa or Master gift cards when there is a sale (iykyk), and this store seems to have better stock than others most of the time.

So I needed to make copies of a newsletter because our copier had broke down, I made the mistake of rushing to Office Depot to make copies. I had noticed their print desk when I go in for office supplies and thought to give them a try. I forgot to ask how much, boy was I surprised when I was charged $42 for 50 copies. Will not do that again. Motivated me enough to get a company costco card to get our office supplies from them. No telling how much we were being overcharged for office supplies. Service was just ok but the cost was outrageous.

The folks at the Auburn, WA Office Max made my mom's birthday gift a smooth process and left her very happy with the results of her print project. Special thanks go to Micah, the print tech who patiently adjusted the job to meet my mom's preferences, as well as Amanda, his manager, who spent a good deal of time listening to mom and making her feel like a valued customer.

Ever get the feeling walking into a business may be a mistake? This visit showed I should have relied on my first instincts by turning around and searching other options available.
