Bought brakes and rotors and they gave me 4 rear rotors and the wrong front brakes. Cashier offered a discount which was nice but all wrong parts were given for the front.

Don’t have your uber drop you off at this store, Marco and Rick Williams will tell you to make your uber not park at the entrance even though you’re just getting dropped off to get parts from this store.
Marco told the uber driver one time, without giving the uber driver a second to move, he continued to repeat himself and insisted many times with a really bad attitude, the uber driver wouldn’t understand what the problem was and by the time I meet Marco inside the store I asked him what was his problem, he replied with “you have to make your uber not park there” even though he already did, I told him “I’m not the driver how am I going to make her move?”
Now Rick Williams “the manager” agreed with Marco and he don’t think is inappropriate to talk to a customer,owner of MEMO’s TINT & WRAP a new business down the road on A street 21st, I was looking to get parts for one of my loyal customer.
Now MARCO!!! I understand customers are not able to park in that area but I’m just getting dropped off at the best and safest place “the entrance of the store”!! Where are your customers supposed to get dropped off? I also understand others parked there but don’t put that on me.
And By the time I was getting “help” my uber came back to pick me up so I decided to not keep giving this store a hard time and take my business somewhere else.
I have been buying from this O’Reilly location since I was in high school, I feel bad that I won’t be able to keep doing business as a new business owner.

We were testing driving a vehicle that had an engine light so took it over real quick to O'Reilly. We were greeted immediately upon entry by the staff and they promptly diagnosed for us. When the car decided not to start back up afterwards they helped again by attempting to jump it. They made a stressful situation less so by being positive and friendly. Go to this O'Reilly before even thinking of going to the nearest Auto Zone.

Terrible service. The manager is a joke. Asked to get my battery charged and they took my number as I just sat outside. Asked how long it would take and he said hour and a half maybe 2. I said I can do 1 hour. Came back in in an hour and he let me know its a bad battery. I asked why he didnt call and he just laughed at me and told me have a good day. Would have bought anew battery but not with that customer service. Went across the street to autozone and bought a brand new battery. Never going back to oriellys ever again.

Teller was super nice wish o would have got hos name he told me all about headlights and what was best for my car. Loved his customer service I told him I had just come from auto come who told me can’t help go to Amazon it’s cheaper Omg ? that’s why I prefer you all

This is my first opción for auto parts, they have people working for years many years make it easy to get what u need, but some items needs special order but we don’t have many opción locally besides Autozone, advance ,Napa, and on line stores
