Quality of their products has dropped significantly in the past few years. Bought a new bag to replace a stolen one, used it in the exact same way I've been doing for ten years, and it ripped within a month. They are claiming misuse (even though it was set within the range that is they created themselves) and won't honor their warranty. I'll never get another ort lieb product again.

Poor customer service. Does not respond to customer phone calls or e-mails. My bags started falling apart after the first year of use. Won't deal with this company again since they apparently don't care about clients enough to return their phone calls/e-mails.

Great, durable products with brilliant function and design. On that alone I would be a continuous customer for all my biking needs.On top of that - when I made a mistake breaking a support piece they were the first to help out by shipping me a replacement without charge after a quick email.Great product - great customer service
