This time of year is always exciting with graduation coming up. Yhe store is full of GRC swag. The staff are super friendly, and the online order/pick up is very handy.

They will never answer the phone. And some of the employees are extremely rude and condescending.

Tried to get ahold of the bookstore for over a week. Called multiple times during their office hours and left voicemails and nobody ever cared to pick up the phone or call me back. Very frustrating to not receive any help as a student paying money to go here.

Front desk staff is usually very rude and short, but the online order staff are very nice and helpful. I see that people get treated differently depending on how they look by the front of store staff, as well. So it hasnt just been me.

Helpful, got me ordered up and shipped out right away. This is a fantastic no hassle book store that serves the Green River College student population well. The response time can be slow and the special situations such as BFET or worker retraining can befuddle the staff but they work it out.

Very kind people, quite helpful volunteers walking around to help you consistently. Greatly categorized area for text books. Good necessities needed for each class. And interesting Knick Knacks and quick food to grab a bite.
