They sold me a sprocket that didn't fit properly. The machine has 12 holes for the sprocket and produces 10,000 lbs force. The sprocket they sold me had 6 holes that lined up. They said it would work and wanted to charge me a restocking fee. I would not buy an expensive item from them with this attitude.
