There is a woman named "Key" who works at a polo store... She behaves so badly... I looked at her clothes and just left. It looks like she has a cast on her right foot... I don't know if it's her strength, but her behavior towards customers. I'm really angry. I don't know why they hire people like this to do their work. I work in the service industry... I come to this store often, but I never want to go again.

Came in shopping keyarri helped me and she was so amazing ! Had a great personality! Made sure I got what I was looking for. She went above & beyond ! She’s a great employee! Hope to see her next time I visit!

As a european I like Polo quality and style and time to time buying off sime nice stuff, I was looking for some jacket, an afro american woman with dreads came up to me like hurricane and blast to me" are you looking for a jacket? I said yes, she was like these ones are pretty expensive, these are cheaper". At that moment i wanted to flip her off cz her attitude, but I said " its ok". I never ask her i was looking for "cheaper" price, and I can afford to buy the whole rack of stuff, im the owner of a construction company here, and running this business for decades, so, my point is next, whatever was her attention to me, she was acting unprofessional, no greeting, no hello, how can I help you, just dry " what im looking for?" was sounds more like what you white man doing here? So, that store is dead to me now.

Beware that the pricing/sales are misleading and false advertisement.It'll say 50% or whatever the sales is and won't actually apply to the items in that section, but nowhere on the signage specifies that in fine print like a lot of other places do.I had to discuss this extensively with staff and manager David that this was not appropriate and that the sale should be honoredDisappointingly the manager argued with me in a contentious aggravating tone and demeanor, which I found was very unprofessional. As a manager he should know better how to work with customers. Not sure how he ascended to manager position with this approach.District managers and overall higher leadership should pay attention to rectify the situation, as a form of constructive customer feedback. We'll see if this is actually addressed ever in the future.Update: went back to the store to see another jacket and it was under the 50% rack with a red ticket and was told it was not 50% yet again.It seems like they make stuff up on the fly whenever they want without any written.Horrible business practice and customer.

Shopped in two stores in the mall today. This one and Levi's. Both had the EXACT same issue. Employees who didn't know how to work the register. Stupefying. It's Saturday. Bring your A-game, or don't come to play.

Manager, David, is the rudest sales employee I have ever come across anywhere, who doesn’t even know the company’s return policy. I’m currently filing a complaint with corporate. He seemed like he hates his job since he can’t even open the store on time. Just awful experience with this store.

I have never been a Polo store with such poor customer service. Store associates acted as if they didn’t want to be bothered and they weren’t busy.

Worst service you can get when each unit cost over 100$. Got over 10 units in hands and decided to grab some more, cashier said I can’t cause it is 3 min since they closed the store.Looks like nobody wants to make money
