This spring we had 2 separate water issues. In the first case, our plumber recommended PWR--they sent out people right away to begin water remediation and demolition even though it was a holiday weekend. A few weeks later, we had a different issue and we immediately called PWR--as before, this occurred on a Friday evening and they were out right away. They were responsive, worked directly with our insurance, and made sure that our house was dry. In order to keep things moving, we also used them for our rebuilds which included a new shower, replacing and painting drywall in a number of rooms, insulation, new carpet and refinishing hardwood floors. Everyone who came in to work during the process did a good job. Throughout the 4 months we worked with them, they were responsive and professional.

I had a great experience with Premier Water Removal! From the start, they were efficient in explaining the entire demolition process, which really helped ease my concerns. The technicians were fantastic — they made sure to protect the floors and other areas of my home, and I was genuinely amazed at how quickly and cleanly they demolished my bathroom.
They kept in constant contact throughout the job, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. A big thank you to Victoria and Britny in the office — they always made sure my phone calls were returned and that I felt supported every step of the way. Excellent service from start to finish!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Premier Water Removal during my recent water mitigation loss. From start to finish, they were professional, prompt, and incredibly supportive during what could have been a very stressful time.
A huge shoutout to Britny and Tony—they went above and beyond to make the process as smooth and painless as possible. Britny was fantastic with communication, always keeping me updated and helping coordinate directly with my insurance, which was a huge relief. Tony and his team were quick to respond, thorough in their work, and made sure everything was handled efficiently and properly.

Premier has been an awesome company to work with. They were very prompt in their service. Due to my work schedule I'm not able to be at my house for their visits, but they have walked me through the whole process of filing the insurance claim. They call me when they're on the way to my house and when they're finished for the day. Britny and Victoria have truly been life savers. Full of ideas and suggestions. YNt go the extra mile. I would highly recommend their services. I can't wait to see my finished project. Thank you Premier.

They did not secure the sandbags on our roof properly and 5 50lb sandbags blew off in the wind, landing all over our yard, including where our children play which is terrifying.
When they came to fix that, thier employee was blasting music and dancing on our roof, slipped, and a 50lb sand bag went through our patio awning and on onto our children’s picnic table destroying them both. It has been 2 months and they have done nothing to fix it. They also refuse to provide their insurance certificate. (RED FLAG)
Unprofessional, unknowledgable, no care at all about the damage they made to our property. It took them 7 weeks to finally come back and pick the trash from the sandbags and huge tarp. Don’t make this mistake!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Premier Emergency Water Removal after a sudden water damage incident at my grandparents' house A angle stop burst in the middle of the night and it was a stressful situation for our family. Thankfully, Premer came to the rescue, and I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!
From the moment they arrived ther professionalism and expertise were evident. The team communicated effectively throughout the entire process Keeping us informed every step of the way. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and answered all of our questions, which helped ease our concerns during a difficult situation.
One of the standout aspects of their service was the extra care they took with my grandparents' home. They were incredibly considerate of their age and made sure to handle everything with sensitivity and I truly appreciated how they treated my grandparents with respect and kindness.
Tony, the owner, was consistently on-site during the project, which provided an added layer of reassurance. His dedication and commitment to our family's needs did not go unnoticed. He really went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled properly and efficiently.
In summary, Premier Emergency Water Removal not only provided exceptional service but also made a challenging experience much easier for our family. Billed me nearly $500 for an inspection that lasted less than two minutes. No work was done. Will be reporting to better business bureau. Do not sign any agreements with them. Find your own contractor. Never go with insurance recommendation. Scammer company, beware!!!!

Beware. This company is not licensed with the WA DOR, and their registration with the Secretary of State was administratively dissolved years ago. They should not be operating.

Well where do I start, I had a problem with my plumbing in my house that backed up into my house in both bathrooms, didn't know that I had sewage water underneath my floors. So my insurance company told me to call someone out to see if there was any damage to the house, so I called Premier Restoration out to see if they could check out the house for damage and they found sewer water underneath the floors in both bathrooms, so ( Victor Vela and Wilfredo Argueta)came did the work and treated my house like it was their own. If I should ever have another loss of any kind they will be the first call I make .
Thank You for your help with this situation ! Also my dog Tucker says thank you for putting up with him.

When disaster strikes, it's never at a convenient time. So when a water pipe burst on a Sunday afternoon, who do you call? We called Premier Emergency Water Removal. My wife read a review about them, and we were sold. Tony and Diana responded immediately to our desperate call and within the hour were here assessing the problem and taking actions. They had with them all the necessary equipment to do the job professionally and did so. They and their team were very professional and respectful to our home, as well. They and their team were here on a daily basis, for the better part of a week, checking on the progress and adjusting when necessary. Great communication. Their team goes beyond just them. They brought in a terrific plumber named Mark and he was great. He took care of the problem in short order. Lastly, Tony and Diana brought to us a contract firm called Ridgeline and introduced us to Trevor. We are looking forward to working with Trevor and his team, to bring back the portion of the house that was damaged.
My wife and I would highly recommend Premier Emergency Water Removal and Diana and Tony. They are family now.
