My rent there is ridiculous now. $295 a month for a 10x10 unit after years of being there. Just looked online, and new customers get the same unit for $69.00. I'll be looking to move my stuff somewhere else very soon.Edit: Complained about price increase, and they lowered it to my previous price, which is still higher than the new customer price .

I regret to say that my experience with Public Storage at this location has been quite disappointing. The property manager and the entire staff have demonstrated unprofessionalism, making the overall service below the expected standard. Communication has been lacking, and their performance seems unfit for the responsibilities associated with the job. I hope for improvements in the future to provide a better customer experience.

Let me start by saying that they will increase your monthly fees without your knowledge, so better prepare yourself for that surprise. Of course, this will have a huge impact to most of us who have little to no extra money for that increase. Second, getting ahold of anyone is a complete and total waste of time. Calls and emails end up somewhere far beyond the unknown part of the universe. Where that might be, God knows. And when you decide to visit the location of your chosen storage facility, at least where we are, they are, of course, closed even on business hours because why not, right? Why would they be open on business hours? That is probably too much to ask. Well, maybe they’ll do better. Maybe not. But if you are a potential customer and think of doing business with these guys, I strongly suggest that you DON’T. It is not worth your time, energy, and money. Find a better public storage facility. You’re welcome.

I will no longer refer anyone to Public Storage! The price increases are ridiculous. They went from raising their rates every January to 6mo. after you get your unit and then 6mo after that. $82 the first time and $60 the next.

I wanna give a huge shout out to Karoline. She is very kind very helpful and just a pleasant person to have in your facility. It was really nice because I booked a storage unit online when I went in the next morning I was ready to go put my stuff in the storage unit. It was really the easiest thing. Please give her a raise.

I needed a unit for a couple months. I rented it without hassle and when I was done removed my items and swept out the unit. Easy as can be. It is a gated and very well managed facility.
