Overall the experience SUCKED, allot of people who do drugs creep around the property trying to get into units. When I moved out, I wasn’t quite done & left a TV in my unit (was going back for it) ANGEL had seen me moving out & didn’t have a pleasant look on her face. Wouldn’t be surprised if she was the one who shut my unit down. Didn’t even get the lock I paid for that wasn’t from this company.

The facility is well kept and the on site manager Angle is Always friendly and helpful with anything that pops up.

I had my items at a different storage facility, and was not happy with the level of service. I decided to move with the same company, but to Public Storage Auburn. I spoke with someone named Angel, who with knowledgeable, and attentive, and made the transition from one facility to the other seamless. Not only did I get one return phone call, I got two within an hour! I'm happy to be moving to this new storage unit because I feel that any issues that might arise will be taken care of. Thank you Public Storage Auburn!

Rose was super helpful and very kind. We had a bit of an issue with a different employee trying to be met for an appointment and were hesitant about using this location but Rose has made everything much better and we feel we are in good hands with her. I would recommend transactions with Rose. She is punctual and easygoing and very pleasant.

Even though I didn't rent a unit, Angela was so friendly and helpful. They didn't have what we needed and she helped us look for another location. She was so nice I felt bad and not renting there.

First of all, the manager "ANGEL" is very personable and concerned about her customers. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences dealing with her. recently we discovered that there is a rodent problem and Angel is right on top of the situation. Every time I go to my unit, she is busy cleaning. I am from Florida, and we have problems with roof rats. I kept that under control with 100% pure essential Peppermint oil (NOW brand) on soaked cotton balls in small bowls about six of them in a 10' x 20' unit. It was very effective. Bottom line is the rats can't stand it and will not enter the space. I am in unit B033 and that is what I am using. For three months now I have monitored the unit and have not seen any evidence of rat droppings or anything else that has to do with rodents. Again, I resoak the cotton balls about every two to three weeks and it's working perfectly! My suggestion for the company to see that the managers have access to this essential peppermint oil to use in the hallways and entry points that rodents would use to gain access!!! Thanks again Angel!!
