Always great food, friendly staff and good prices. There are many reasons why the Rainbow Cafe has been successful in Auburn, WA for over 50 years!

Delicious food, could be a little cheaper. The waitress was fantastic the last few times we went. The attached bar in the back is an added bonus.

I love when we find cool little greasy spoon diners, just like they had when I was growing up. The Rainbow Cafe definitely reminds me of one those places. The menu is pretty basic, offering all of your favorite breakfast staples. And the entree offerings bring back memories like it's open face hot turkey sandwich with brown gravy! The portions are hearty, and the bacon is cooked perfectly crispy. One pancake is enough to fill the hungriest breakfast diner. The service is nice, though not overly friendly or intrusive. And the prices are quite reasonable. The toughest part is parking, in a lot mostly hoarded by the bank in the back. But if you order the stuffed cheesy hash brown, all your troubles will go away. 😀

If you're looking for the traditional breakfast and lunch menu at good prices, this would be your first choice. Prices are the most reasonable in Auburn especially for the quality of the food.

After Continental Breakfast at the hotels we stayed I was ready for something different.Rainbow Café gave you 'lots' of food and the food was very good. Service was also good. The prices were very reasonable so for my husband that does not like to spend a lot of money on breakfast this was a sure thing.
