Bought a Nissan Versa at Rairdon Nissan of Auburn and my experience was Great. My salesman was Gene, he went above and beyond since the moment i got to dealership till i got delivery. From answering all my questions to showing me different cars, very knowledgeable on all aspects. Gene and all the staff were very friendly. I would recommend them 100%.

To begin, I want to commend the professionalism and efficiency that was displayed by the staff members at Rairdon Nissan Auburn. From the moment I arrived at the service center, I was greeted with a warm welcome and was promptly attended to. The staff members were knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions regarding the oil change process.Moreover, the overall customer service experience exceeded my expectations. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant environment for customers. Additionally, the service center's efficient scheduling system allowed me to book an appointment easily, saving me valuable time.

Went here yesterday just to look. Met Gene Hansen. Absolutely wonderful man. Well spoken. Not pushy. Kind! And super knowledgeable and helpful! Considered a Rogue but went with the Kicks because it suited my needs best! They even had one in the beautiful blue I hoped for! I'm SO glad I came in instead of buying online! Best place to buy a car hands down! Even the finance dept was absolutely lovely to deal with!!! Love my new car!

Came in today to look at an updated model of my car. We met Diana and worked with Carlos Santana. (What a cool name! ?)Once all the numbers came back the first time they were a little high for us, but Carlos graciously asked us what we could pay and he worked his magic and got our payment down to what worked - amazing!No pushy manipulative sales, super understanding and patient staff, and just all around great service here. I’m so glad we came to work with Nissan Auburn, their service was excellent.Thank you Carlos, hopefully we can talk home sales soon ??

Great experience at Rairdon's in Auburn! Had to make a long drive down there from the north end and Chase really pulled out all the stops to make my visit worthwhile. Their cars are clean, as advertised and we worked out a great purchase price and financing that I was comfortable with. Maricela and Santana were very accommodating also. They have a great inventory down here too for whatever styles suit you. I would definitely buy from them again down the road. Thanks Chase and the team!

they pretend to be nice and care until you sign them paper. Once they got your signature good luck getting any warranty work done and god forbid if you sell your car to ask for the mileage refund from all the bells and whistles they talked you into. I was treated very poorly and told the wrong information several times before they emailed me forms to fill out. once I filed them with all the proper documentation they sent me more. I am now caught in a never ending loop to get my money refunded. Horrible business and business ethics. Buy elsewhere or you too maybe stuck with their lack of customer servic.

Aaron was outstanding! He helped me communicating with Nissan corporations at the beginning of my service repair, and kept me informed about parts ordering status. His communication was excellent. The day I brought in my car for the repair, he made sure I know exactly what to expect to happen, and kept me updated. My car was ready sooner than estimated. He was courteous and caring. I was impressed how he care about his customer's needs.

Dennis helped us with buying my daughter’s dream car. We were nervous because it was a big investment, but Dennis helped us through the whole process and told us every detail we needed. Right away, we knew he was honest, ethical, and had our best intentions in mind, even if it meant walking away from the car. We’ve had plenty of bad experiences in dealerships and are hesitant to trust, so it was such a relief to feel confident in the sale. Plus, he made the process so smooth and we didn’t have to wait as long as we thought to close the deal. If we’re ever in the market to buy again, Dennis will be the first person we reach out to personally. Plus he speaks Spanish so we can refer family members to him confidently. Our daughter is in love with her new car and we as parents feel great about it!!

Took my car in for a water leak and my husband included the information found on internet about issues with Rogues with the wheel well causing leaks. Two weeks and $422 later, I was told no further leaking and my car was ready to pick up. They cleaned the gutter drains and removed debris and supposedly kept my car for so long to test for further leaks as well as dried and cleaned up the floorboard and carpet. I get home and find that the spot was still soaking wet but with the floor mat from the other side covering it. I'm furious! I've had nothing but trouble from this place! I only have 22k miles on this car and shouldn't be having so many issues.

Carlos is a skeeze ball. If the automakers like Daewoo, geo or Pontiac were still around he would've been the perfect fit for a role at any of those places. Better yet a used lot on Pac Ave would be very befitting. Absolute horrible experience. But I guess that's the service you receive when you go to a dealership that sells $15k versas brand new. So happy we were just there for a trade in estimate. Absolutely disgusting human. Tried telling us our immaculate cream puff, low mileage 2 owner 370z wasn't a clean title. He might need to do some more basic training. The car has a clean title babe. Management step it up. Your loss on a hot car you could've made 200 percent profit and sold on your lot directly. Not a smart move In this market Carlos. Hire some educated people. Periodt.

Keely was awesome. Went in on two occasions and at both meetings she was very helpful and patient with our process. The manager(?) fella we spoke to during our first visit was way too pushy, but he wasn’t our primary point of contact so it was fine. As a first time buyer accustomed to ancient hand-me-down cars, it was awesome to have a sales rep take the time after the sale to help me out with learning the dash.
