I submitted an order online the Rairdon's website and was quoted rebates equaling $18500 but when I asked to sign for the car, I was sent an updated quote with only $4500 of rebates. I would not recommend purchasing a paperclip from this crooked organization.

Gross and sleazy. My wife did an online appraisal of her car and set an appointment for them to see it in person. They noted the car was in perfect condition, and showed a KBB number higher than we actually thought. They then announced that they would have to reduce their offer by over 8k extra due to a "mileage penalty". The mileage is the same as when they offered the initial appraisal and KBB already factors the mileage into their estimate. This was a sleazy cash grab. Was it because they saw a woman alone or do they operate this way all the time? Luckily, she walked away with no deal.

Long story short, Rairdon's Subaru of Auburn has a very scammy finance team. They repeatedly pushed a $3,500 warranty and $1,500 windshield warranty. I told them I wasn't interested FIVE times before they let it go. They even had the audacity to say these were inexpensive ad ons (while wearing a three tiered diamond ring). They "required" a $795 LoJack subscription, even though this wasn't in the agreed upon purchase price or in any of the car's documentation. I debated purchasing from an online dealer like Carvana or CaMax, but ultimately decided I wanted to spend my money locally. This was a big mistake. Rairdon's Subaru of Auburn is the epitome of sleazy car sales scams.

This is the home of the Lemon. They push service warranty then make every excuse not to do the work requested. Infact adding more to the bill, and making you feel like it's your fault they sold a faulty vehicle. I have never had such a horrible car buying experience and wish I had just gone somewhere eles. Shave yourself the trama, don't buy here.

I'd give it a zero if I could. Little background on my experience. First off this not toward the sales person who tried very hard to help us get the car we wanted. So shout out to that guy he rocked. My fiancée and I were looking for a car for sometime now as we were looking for a more family friendly car and after my mom told me how great this place was and showed me a used 2022 forester we went down to try and get it and trade in my 2013 Kia Optima ( I went in knowing I wasn't gonna get much for this car) We were prepared to put 1 to 2 grand down. We did a test drive and it was perfect I had never wanted a car so bad that was until whoever was his supervisor. Who pretty much told us to F off with the Kia and wanted us to pay way more monthly for it which was just not gonna work and wasn't willing to work with us at all. Not my first time getting a car so I know not to take anything to personal but it seemed this person was looking down on us for whatever reason. By this point I couldn't get out of there fast enough with how embarrassed, angry and sad I was. They know the point of business is to get new customers right? Well no thanks I will take it elsewhere if you are gonna treat people this way. Again this is just my experience but tread lightly here they clearly don't have your interests at heart.

This is the best place for me and my families cars to be serviced. We are a Subaru family and can only say wonderful things about Rairdon's. There are no hidden fees, they are honest as well as kind. The predetermined time of service is exact. We particularly want to thank Logan Ciaciuch for his help navigating the service details. He remembers us and past conversations. A big shoutout for Logan!!!

I am an experienced car buyer; this would have been my 9th new car. I am loyal to Subaru and don't need to be sold on them. I went in knowing what I wanted, basically, and through Costco's car program so it was a no-haggle deal...and it still went completely sideways with Rairdon Subaru of Auburn. The salesperson was nice enough, but when it got down to the finer points of dealer ad-ons and extra warranty/maintenance plans I just don't know what the hell they are thinking. They add LoJack onto all their cars, but I talked to my insurance and because it isn't part of the VIN, it doesn't lower my rates at all. The salesperson showed me a Post-It with the breakdown of what the maintenance plan supposedly covers, but it had things on it like one set of windshield wipers for $100 and brake pads for $600. Those are not part of any auto maintenance plan I've ever heard of. I asked if I didn't need the brakes done before the warranty expired and they said, "Just demand to have the brakes done, or don't." I would like to see these gold-plated windshield wipers, though. My last set of Bosch were $40 for all 3. And it was one set of wipers for 3 years/36,000 miles which is just...weird. That little "Warning, warning Will Robinson!" started going off and I made ready to leave so the salesperson got nervous because they saw an easy sale about to walk out. They brought over the finance or sales manager, I don't remember what they called them, but they play the same part in the dance. They started that overly-jovial, overly-familiar and slightly oily patter that seems to self-select in car salespeople and I basically ran to get away. It really sets my teeth on edge and it makes me very uneasy because it feels like emotional manipulation. Because it is emotional manipulation. I just want to buy a doggone car without any weirdness, ok? The next day the salesperson texted me and I was honest that I had changed my mind about buying a car at the moment and that I found the sales manager a little creepy. Maybe that wasn't the precise denotation I should have used, but I was not expecting the screed I got back from the salesperson that defended the sales manager before God and Country and what an upstanding provider they were for their family and I was like...um, I felt pressured and was put off...I didn't mean they were a danger to society. The salesperson may have kept it up, but I don't know because I blocked them and won't step foot in their dealership again.

If I would buy another car, I'd buy another Subaru just so I could get it serviced with Logan every single time. I've been getting my Forester serviced with him for a year now. He's very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. My car was serviced on time, and he clearly explained the work done and any additional recommendations. Give that man a raise

During my recent search for a new vehicle for my wife, I dealt with Mauricio Aspee at Auburn Subaru. While I did not ultimately purchase a Subaru, if I had I would have gone back to deal with Mauricio. He was knowledgeable about his product, informative and respectfull. I would recommend anyone looking for a new Subaru or a used vehicle to contact Mauricio for an excellent experience.

Been taking my 2017 Outback to Rairdon since I bought it. They are kind, prompt and the cost is fair. Good place.

All members of the Rairdon's team (Sales; Joe, Business Mgr; Gabe and Service Mgr: David) were Pleasant, Professional, and Personable in every interaction during the negotiation process, finalizing sale, delivery, and initial service. Their availability to meet our schedule and willingness to negotiate was world class. They reached out to another dealer to trade for the exact vehicle we wanted, brought the vehicle to their shop and delivered it to us in the same day. When a tire failed within 2 days of delivery, without obvious abuse, they graciously replaced the tire at no charge, without discussion of blame. Once again world class.
My daughter loves her Subaru Crosstrek. Thanks to all at Rairdon's and i will recommend them to my acquaintances looking to purchase a car.

Was car shopping and went to about a dozen dealerships, including multiple Hondas, Toyota, Kia, Tesla, etc. Not a single dealership came close to the customer service and hospitality of this Subaru Dealership. Jodi, John, and Don are by far the most energetic, enthusiastic, and understanding people I've worked with.
If anyone see's this review, request either Jodi or John when coming to this dealership because they will not let you down.

Pretty shady dealership. I was looking for a Forester so I reached out to this dealership. I started an email conversation with Mauricio, off the bat I knew this wasn’t going to go so well because he did not want to disclose any out the door prices over email but stated I need to come in. That is a red flag. So I ended the convo and moved on to other dealerships. Couple days go by and he reaches back out, I decided to go in and meet with him to see what the OTD prices would be. When I arrived, I was greeted by other staff kindly, but when I met with Mauricio, he was off, the interaction was strange, he just didn’t seem personable. After we looked at the car, we sat down and I asked for the OTD prices. Another dealer came over to Mauricio, stating someone wanted the car I was looking at, this seemed like a scare tactic, as this car would be taken from me, but there were plenty of foresters in the area, so I wasn’t worried. Back to pricing, he printed it out and showed it to me. There were so many unnecessary add ons, I’m pretty sure it was 10k over MSRP. He said it was optional, and even the “Low Jack” was too. So I asked to get all of it removed. He then printed new offer, except this time Low Jack was still on the offer and he also added a $140 cargo net that wasn’t on the previous offer. So I questioned it. He said he can’t take the Low Jack off the car because all cars get it installed, however, he did say it was optional before and now it wasn’t. I shouldn’t have to pay for Low Jack. I asked about the $140 cargo net, and I said I didn’t want the net, he said it came with the car and he “can’t take it out”, it’s a net, of course you can. You can buy one of those on Amazon for $20.He snatch the offer from me so I couldn’t take it and threw it in his shred box. The deal was shady and I felt uneasy about everything. I was ready to buy the car but not if I feel like I’m being screwed over. I told him, I’m ready to buy, but if I don’t get that taken off, I won’t buy. He said “you’re right, you don’t have to buy it” so I said okay and left. Customer service is important. I had no confidence in this dealership.
