We had insurance work done a year ago. Our kitchen, dining room and hallway floors had to be replaced. The whole kitchen had to be redone. Trever seemed really nice a knowledgeable about what needed to get done. They had us moving out of our home on Xmas Eve because he said they would get started right away. We had to move into an air b&b for 3 months which was fine we understood why. Well the work didn’t even start until the new year so our house sat. Ok whatever it is what it is. They finally had someone on the project and it ended up being someone they had just hired and they had him working all alone. Ripping out floors, cabinets etc. again our entire kitchen had to be redone. This new guy had no one helping him the entire time. I went over daily to check on the progress and he was the only person on the entire job from start to finish. They did have a company come in and put our counter tops in. When the job was completed as they said there was a lot of things not completed that they had to come take care of once we had moved back in. Well we were told and have in writing that we have/had a warranty on the work that was done. Well when we tried to make good on that warranty because out vinyl plank flooring is coming up in several places they sent someone out who said they’d give the info and pics to the owner and get back to us. Well they never got back to us. So we followed up and we have been told that they have had a 100% turn over and that the owner would be calling. Still nothing from Trever or anyone else at their company. Don’t trust the warranty or guarantee on their work. We reported the problem well within the year of the work being done. Now it’s been over a year.

Charged almost double for a re-pipe on my home two years ago and then, when another plumber found a leak and repaired it, they told me they only guarantee PLUMBING for a year. Two other vendors quoted me around 10k for a project they charged me 17k for and did wrong. Never offered a refund for rework needing done and had the gall and audacity to say I should have called them to redo it. If you mess up plumbing, why would I want to call you back? They overcharge for poor workmanship and do not make things right when called on it. Terrible company. Why would anyone want plumbing to only work for a year?

I highly recommend Ridgeline Contractors NW. They did an excellent job on my addition. Though it was a small addition, it presented certain building complications given there was already an existing cement foundation and cedar roof and the plans were created by another designer .They had to work around these constraints. The project turned out beautifully. I have to say the bathroom is the nicest bathroom I have ever had. All the staff and workers were professional and responsive whenever I had a question or concern. Also, their prices were very reasonable, and they stayed within my budget constraints. I had many other bids that were way out my price range. I am very pleased with the work they did.

Ridgeline did such an amazing job with our downstairs remodel after our kitchen flooded. They took care of everything and the process was so straight forward. I was expecting such a headache, but everyone there from the office to the workers made sure it went smooth every step of the way. I didn't need to worry at all. I'm really happy with the new kitchen, floors, and paint and I'm happy to give them five stars.

This company will rip you off. They do horrible work and they will not warranty their work. They left my house dirty when they were done. They left pieces of the baseboards off my LVP was buckling within a week of install and they refused to fix it. It took 3 weeks to even get my key back from them.

I highly recommend Ridgeline Contractors NW for any of your home construction/remodeling projects. The work they performed at my home was fast, efficient and of high quality. Everyone at Ridgeline that I worked with were highly skilled professionals. The final product more than met my expectations. I would definitely use them again when I'm ready for my next remodel project!

As usual working with Trevor and his team is super easy. All it takes is a phone call and they are ready to go with anything you need to complete your project weather it's doing some drywall and paint like this time or a complete ground up built they will do what it takes to get the job done right the first time...

I had a flood in my kitchen that caused a lot of damage. A mitigation company referred me to Ridgeline Contractors NW. I'm beyond happy with the work they did to rebuild my entire kitchen. I am so grateful for the diligence and integrity and hard work and professionalism of everyone I've worked with at their company. The kitchen looks amazing, and I come around the corner every morning, and I can't believe it's mine. I couldn't be happier with it, and I owe it all to their company, because my insurance would have been happy paying about half the money, and they fought for my rights in ways I could not do on my own. Thank You!!
