My family and I have been using this pharmacy 20+ years, with out issues. Over the years I have noticed less and less professionalism in the way they conduct their business. I've had pills from someone else's prescription mixed in with my prescription, luckily I discovered them. Their pharmacist Ramon, is refusing to fill my family's prescription because he felt that my physicians assistant was rude to him on the phone! This is just 2 example of how unprofessional this pharmacy has become. I highly advise that you do not patronize this Pharmacy. I'm moving my families prescriptions to a new pharmacy as well so my grocery business.

I've never had meds ready on time. The employees let 3-4 people wait in one line when they could open a 2nd line. These people need brains and help

Wish I could give a 0. Not one single time has my Moms prescriptions been ready when promised. Not once!! They have even said they had them ready, made the trip and they were not. Worst place ever!!!

Another unprofessional pharmacy! Rude employees. Pharmacist is rude and won't answer questions. I was shorted on pills had to count them at the counter! Need a refill and was told it would be ready in 1o mins. They told me to go sit in the room they would call me. I waited 30 mins no answer. I asked when it would be ready they totally forgot I was in the room! Said it would be ready in a hour!

Absolutely terrible pharmacy. If you want your prescriptions on time, go to a real pharmacy. I called in my prescription two days in advance and was told it would be ready the day I called it in. I arrived two days later and it was not ready and they said it wouldn't be ready for another 3-4 days. This was a prescription that if I didn't get i would be begin withdrawal which could trigger among many nasty things, convulsions. Yes convulsions. I said I knew there was a pill form available but they also refused to substitute. So zero notification by phone that they couldn't fill it zero concern for my health and on top of all of this the pharmacist himself was apathetic and seemed inconvenienced. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

It's a pharmacy. They got my scripts and filled them. Every time I have gone they have been ready for me as the doctors office had called ahead. No issues for any meds I have had to pick up for the whole family. They people behind the counter have always been polite and helpful.

I always got my prescriptions, so that is not what this is about. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to because of the people. I am nice to everyone so there is no reason for this, but there is an old lady that works at this Auburn Safeway pharmacy that is very, very rude and has no idea what customer service means. She misunderstood my last name and then yelled at me when she brought the wrong prescription bag. That was only one of the times that I went there. When I complained to the pharmacy manager it was obvious that he did not care at all. He just said that they get stressed out sometimes. As if that is an excuse to yell at a customer. She remembered me every time after that first meeting and was extremely rude thereafter. I would give a lower rating if I could because 1 star is far, far better than they deserve.

OMG, If I could give a zero -- I would. Cons: Wouldn't honor a promotion due to an "Inner office memo" Pharmacist ran and hid from me when I challenged what he said -- NO JOKE. Safeway Corp cannot do anything as the Pharmacy runs as a "Unique" identity in the store - so even when I called their customer service line -- they just stated (very nicely) they could do nothing... Pros: ZERO. In the world of choice -- 1) Don't continue lie to your customers when you get caught in that lie and 2) you aren't the cheapest, fastest, nor friendliest. So, this chick - along with all of her chicklings - will not be back.ever. Walgreens, see ya soon :)

Called in an inhaler on Monday, was told 25-30 mins. Decided to pick it up on Tuesday, was busy. Called to see if it was ready...No give us 20-30 mins. Um... deja vu? Showed up on Thursday, and was told i had to wait 45 minutes. I mentioned that i called it in on monday, AND Tuesday, and i needed it before work. She walked away. This has happened more times than i can count, and i dont need it anymore. I only chose safeway because the gas rewards, but safeway no longer gives the prescription rewards to the ones that have DsHs and MedIcare. They lost 3 households (7 people) based on the customer service at this store.
