Sarah does an awesome job. Went in to get a bad black hair dye job changed back to lighter brown.. She was really good at helping pick a hairstyle and my color came out awesome.

This review is a long overdue compliment to the owner and head beautician at Salon Focus. Nada consistently gives me a stunning hair dye and stylish haircut that always makes me look years younger. I especially appreciate her professionalism, hospitality, and welcoming spirit. Other salons I’ve previously been to in Auburn and King County alienated me with either their poor customer service, lack of my desired hair color, poor haircuts, hairstyles that were not suitable for my facial shape, and extremely high prices. My advice to other salons is to take cues from Nada and learn to offer a more skilled, professional, caring service if you truly want to retain customers.

I had a much-needed haircut and dye today, and the haircut was spot on (Nada is a perfectionist). In this day and age, it's difficult to find a beautician who is truly an expert at haircuts. In addition, I always get lots of compliments on the color of my hair after I emerge from Salon Focus, and today was no different. Nada does a great job of blending the natural color of my hair with high -end red colorings that she has on hand (and not all salons in town have a wide variety of quality red dyes). I highly recommend this salon, the skilled owner and her daughter (both of whom are expert beauticians), and the convenient central location in Auburn. I also appreciate Nada's hospitality, which goes beyond that of other salons.
Today, I had another wonderful experience at Salon Focus. The hair dye and cut were perfect for my skin tone and the shape of my face. My hair came out silky smooth and well shaped. The beautician, Nada, is professional and was ready to accommodate all of my various requests. I am very pleased with the result and honestly have never found another hairdresser that follows the same high standards. Auburn is lucky to have this salon. April 20, 2023

I had a wonderful experience at Salon Focus. My deep red hair dye looks amazing and rivals the appearance of what I experienced at other salons. In addition, the haircut I was given corrected a poor one that I had received at another salon. Very professional and skilled owner. I definitely recommend their services, and I will go again. August 2022.

I am beyond upset..I had an appointment for a perm, I showed several pictures and said I wanted a spiral perm. Firstly, she put the wrong treatment in and I told her my scalp was burning and she rinsed it out and started reading package instructions…then she put another treatment in and I had to remind her that the treatment time was up and she was trying to do 2 perms at once as a ‘walk-in’ came in the middle of mine. Unprofessional !!!
She claims she has been doing this for 37 years~she doesn’t know what she is doing. I had strand of hair that never got curled. I have hair breakage all over and my hair was beautiful and healthy prior. I feel ripped off and she really damaged my hair. She took a picture of the back of my hair, and you can’t see the ends and the top because she put gel in it to hide it.i also think she uses the photos to put her own reviews in without permission; you never see a face photo.

I came in with zero self esteem! By the time I left i was crying from happiness!! I felt beautiful for the first time in over a decade! The owner an her daughter have tons of experience, so professional, patient, kind and so much more. I will only go to this salon from this point on, when I plan my wedding I’ll have everything here!! I get my eyebrows threaded here. I think it's way better than waxing. They always fit me in when I call for a last minute appointment. Stylists are very knowledgeable, nice & sweet!

The daughter was able to fit me in right before closing time. She was super friendly and nice! She gave me exactly what I wanted , and this wendsday she's bleaching and coloring my hair. Super excited!!!
