Be very careful when you go to this gas station the cashier always tries to keep your change everytime I pay with cash he make it look like you got your money back but tries to steal from you!!

My card didn't work at the pump, so I went inside to prepay. The cashier made me wait while doing something in the till, then when confirming the amount I was unable to understand him. When I asked for clarification the cashier got mad at me and became incredibly rude. Naturally I was still unable to get fuel.

Adel gives the best customer service ever! He is kind and very helpful! He goes out of his way to take care of his customers needs. I will always get gas and car wash at the Shell in Auburn on 15th and Auburn Way

I have watched the gentleman touch money, beverages, bags then grab food with the same dirty gloves out of the chicken hot food. Very gross! He also does not wear a mask. Sad as I've been coming here for years when it was Valero, other than the sweet older gentleman who works there part time I would never go back and go to 7-11 where they have amazing service and cleanliness standards.

This place always has the prices higher than advertised and when you ask about it, most of them just blow you off and don't want to remark it for the right price. One guy in particular also loves to not give you all your change. I've witnessed multiple people complaining about his negligence and lack of people skills. So lookout for him!

the worst gas station I've ever been to. Overpriced fuel & oil. $7.50 for 1 quart of OFF brand oil. When I walked in the guy behind the counter glared at me as if I was inconveniencing him. When I asked for the key to the restroom it took him a full 15 seconds of staring at me before handing me the key. Avoid this place if you can ! Btw I was the ONLY customer at the time.
