Best experience I’ve ever had at a specialty type store. I went in on a Monday morning shortly after they opened and they were slammed with large account purchasers. I’m just an idiot that was trying to buy one gallon of cheap paint and have no idea what I need or want. I was helped by Noe and received excellent customer service from him, regardless of the fact that he was having to spoon feed me the basics of paint and that I was undoubtedly throwing sand in the gears of what appeared to be a well oiled machine before I walked in. Additionally, the retail area was clean, organized and everything well marked and had prices clearly visible. Thank you again to Noe for your patience, kindness and great service!

I want to give a huge shout-out to Noelani for the amazing customer service he provided to me a couple weeks back! He truly raised the bar when it came to what a great customer experience should be. He made the experience really enjoyable through his quick pace, fun demeanor, and overall chill vibe. I'll definitely be returning to this location specifically for him for all my paint needs in the future. Thanks Noelani!

Purchase window privacy paint, it was white from the beginning but after dried out it became clear. Stuff was very friendly, helped me to find stuff i need and recommend proper brush and roller.

Great store, good location, fantastic service. Came here for some paint for work and was greeted by the manager I believe. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. All great traits in a paint store employee. I've phoned in orders as well, and they went smooth too. I'll definitely use this as my go to paint store in Auburn!

Customer service is much better here than in Maple Valley or Covington location, so I would rather drive 3 times the distance knowing they will actually try to help here and not give me a run around

Very helpful staff. Get your paint here! Forget home Depot and Lowes; every time I go to one of them the color is messed up or the sheen is wrong... Never again!

The customer service I received at this location was just flawless. I wish I knew his name (Samoan gentleman) was very helpful and made an everyday task feel like I was buying furniture. He took the time to go above and beyond to provide a very high level of customer service. Breath of fresh air for sure
