I was truly pleased with autumn Cruz at the auburn location. She was so easy to talk to helped me with all my needs. And very quickly too. She is got to be one of the best bank associates I have ever encountered. She truly a person that not only showed she in the right profession but also a kind soul that alot in the world need to experience to see there is joy and all around good individuals in the world. Crooked and criminal. They will take your money and not give it back. Customer service is horrible. They just leave you feeling violated and scammed.

As 30+ year members of Sound Credit union (Seattle Telco, Watermark) our first experience with the Auburn branch was when my husband and I dealt with fraudulent activity on our accounts. The staff in Auburn were extremely helpful, supportive and patient during this very scary experience. No complaints about ANY of the staff, however Maggie has been over the top from a customer service perspective. Following the resolution of our account situation, Maggie also helped us refinance our new vehicle and has provided absolute refreshing and professional, friendly service. I can't speak highly enough of her. We do not live in Auburn, but we will drive to Auburn if we need to go into a Sound branch. Thank you Maggie and staff!

Love this bank! We switch over our biz account last year, now we have all our personal accounts as well. They also help a lot of our customers with Powersports loans. The branch manager Maggie is amazing, she’s a real person who cares.

Taya was brilliant and efficient in getting me set up with a new business account. As an existing member, she was able to streamline the process and pull my personal info into my new account. Taya explained the process well and I was fully set up in less than 30 minutes. It was a great experience and I'm thankful for the care and consideration.

We recently worked with Maggie Akervold one of the managers in this location. She proactively provided us all the information for our vehicle loan process and was very patient and prompt with all our follow-ups. Maggie guided us through the process very efficiently that made the process simplified for us and everything went so smooth and on time. Not only did I work with these ladies. They helped me with my loan. They went above and beyond. And made sure I was getting my loan no matter what. I originally needed a co signer.
