I just want to say Bianca at the Auburn Washington location is absolutely AMAZING, extremely friendly and outgoing. Best experience with Sport Clips EVER!! As I am noticeably balding, Bianca made recommendations not only for the type of haircut I should get and LOVE by the way BUT she also recommended some products that will help promote new hair growth and make my hair look fuller. I am very pleased with this service and will go back to Bianca every chance possible as well as 100% recommend her and this location to others. Thank you for this new found confidence!! ?

So…the comment before mine is odd, I was in line and saw this lady wait the full 45 minutes with me and then said she didn’t have time when her name was called.

Watching people walk in and get service before you, repeatedly on the same visit has nothing to do with the app. The stylists are a joke. No appointment necessary, they just pick and choose who they want to help or NOT HELP.

Hi! We went to Lindsey at the Auburn location (next to the Outlet collection Mall). My son loves coming here to get his hair cut! His favorite is getting his hair washed and the massage!! On the way home he couldn’t stop talking about how good the massage felt haha we came in not knowing exactly how my son wanted his hair cut but Lindsey was really nice and always made sure at every step that this was the haircut my son wanted and how I, his mom, felt about it. She made my son feel very comfortable and confident! He left with a huge smile on his face loving his new hair! This was an amazing experience. Oh ya- we only waited about 10 minutes!!! THANK YOU!!!

Rating solely based on the new app. When I first checked in I had 111 min wait. I reached 75 mins to show time and then I had a 122 min wait. I am done with Sport Clips. I just hope Dianna leaves this company because she is the reason it survives at this location. The best stylist.
