Never use Sprint. I was with sprint for 2 years. Every single month i had billing issues, increasing bills, Not good coverage, They lied to me over and over again. I do not recommend Sprint to anyone.

Poor customer service three employees the lady that greeted me said she was the manager one customer in front of me stood for ten minutes then the guy come over he did not know what he was doing none of them would listen to the problem I had I am a att customer for years sorry I made the switch terrible tech support and customer service

Misleading process of unlocking phones for other carriers. Unknowledgeable staff about company processes. Requires you to go to corporate stores in order to resolve customer service issues.

I work in the mall and called and talked to a kid named Dakota to have them put an Apple Watch on hold for me and told him I would be in on my lunch break. He said “no problem†and asked for my name. About 4hrs later when I was on my break I went to the store and he told me he sold it. He told me I would have to drive to another store if I wanted one... not happy. Now I know what store to not go to!!!

This place is VERY shady. Be careful if you're a minority, they will adjust your contract assuming that you won't know how to fight it. May be a class action suit here soon. They are a franchise store authorized to sell Sprint, but Sprint will not require honest practices from them, as long as they are making sales.

This used to be the greatest Sprint in the Seattle area and I would go out of my way for their great customer service. Not anymore; apparently there has been some sort of restructure. The new employees are unhelpful and seem sales driven, rather than striving to please the customer.

Tommy was very helpful trying to fix my dad's phone. This Sprint Store is always helpful when I visit this one location. Will definitely be using only this Sprint store.

Best customer service, very friendly employees. I actually felt like a valued customer here, I've been to other sprints and felt like they were just trying to get rid of me rather than genuinely help me. SUPERIOR customer service here!!! Will always do my business at this location

I've been dealing with this store since it opened. I've always had a positive experience and everyone that I've referred always has something great to say about their experiences, as well. This team has pride in their product knowledge and it shows. I find the integrity that comes out of this store refreshing and they have earned a customer for life!

I was in this store the other day and found myself impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of the manager, Jon, and his employees. They took the time to show me the details of my new phone and was able to get my rate lowered. Great job Guys! This crew is Awesome!

I always have a very personable friendly experience everytime I come into the store! The employees always take good care of me and make me feel valued. Anytime I have a question they are on top of their game and take the time to answer my questions thoroughly without making me feel like a moron. I definitely recommend coming to this store if you value good communication and great service!
