I used to enjoy shopping at this store up until today. Personally, I will not be returning to a business that is so blatantly disrespectful.
The women at the cash register did not take her eyes off me from the moment I arrived at the store. Still I thought nothing of it...as I'm looking around the store she proceeds to ask me if I'm even going to purchase anything because ive been at the store for a while now. Keep in mind that she didn't even look twice at the chick that stuffed her backpack with clothes and ran off but she started treating me as if I was the theif. And the disrespect just continues after that. She asked why did I grab so much stuff if i wasnt going to purchase all of it? Then said that I was making her mess up my purchase and charge me twice simply because I was helping take the clothes off the hangers. Worst customer service that I've ever had to deal with. And still I made my $60 purchase. Ide give it 0 stars if I could do better !!

I had a very poor experience at this store. I brought my kids with me and they were looking in the toy section while I was right there looking at the kids clothes. The woman working there was pissed about them making a mess of the toy aisle (there was literally one toy on the ground - a good sized airplane), I told her I’d pick everything up before leaving and she said it wasn’t good enough, the aisles had to be clear for others. We were literally the only people in the store besides her. I set the plane back on the shelf. She checked on us every other minute and had a rude comment to make each time. The kids looked at small bags of toys and hadn’t hung them back up and she was pissed. “Do you know how long it takes me to hang these up, they can’t do this”. I told her I’d hang every bag back up and leave the aisle how we found it but she stood their glaring at me, hanging them up (which should I point out, is her job). She was incredibly rude & unprofessional and then tried to be kind at the register but damage was already done. I tried to text the code provided to the five digit number on the bottom of the reciept to leave a review and it didn’t work. I’m writing this days later because I still can’t believe how she treated us. I’ve never had such a poor experience thrifting. The receipt said her name was Irma. She was older, short, had long black hair & thick eyeliner. Won’t be going back!

Nice place! All the people who work here very nice! They have lots of good things! You probably have to check your backpack at the front but the lady stands there and watches it so it's all good! There's even a dressing room! Lots and lots of knick knacks and old-time Victorian dolls and all kinds of neat little things.

Hi I have been at this area of auburn way north since 2020 and just this month have been so disappointed and disrespected from the customer service they are rude and condescending condescending they tried at all costs to not give any discount including senior and they said one thing to me and completely different things to others I tried to get answers to questions and was treated rudely along with my daughter I was than put out of the store the only name I could get was Viri at the 717 Auburn way north store I have shopped received assistance for 5 years and have never been treated this way

I tried to purchase an item that I had found amongst there clutter. It was not priced or it had somehow gotten removed. I tried to purchase the item requesting what price it was. The item was taken from me and was told it had to be "shipped back to the warehouse for pricing" and then she hid the item behind something... As I left I voiced that she was probably wanting to take it home... I won't be back!

Underwhelming. The last few times I have visited, their stock was mostly out of date fashions in poor condition. Despite this, most of the clothes were priced right around what I would expect to pay if I were to purchase the items brand new. Some of their merchandise was actually priced HIGHER than retail prices….. sorry, but I refuse to pay more than $5 for a used T-shirt when I could get an identical one from Walmart for less, brand new!Also, I found it very off-putting tbe way that the cashier kept announcing that the store would be closing in ____ minutes, every 10 minutes. Like, I get that you want to go home & all, but there is no reason to be so obnoxious about things. A reminder every 15 or 20 minutes would be more than sufficient, and would come across as MUCH less impolite to me. That being said…..I find it kinda ridiculous that a business is only open until 3pm. How ANY business can sustain itself only being open 5 hours a day? Kinda explains why prices are so high.This place should consider hiring friendlier employees, who have the ability to appropriately price things at prices that reflect the fact that the items are not actually new, and extend their hours of operation if they actually expect to get any more of my business.

Friendly little thrift shop. They had some really unique stuff, not just the fast fashion common items that many thrift stores seem to be drowning in thwse days. The lady working the counter was very friendly. The store was well organized. The only thing I'd say is some items looked worn, but for the most part everything was in good condition.
