The kids had a great time jumping and bouncing and it was easy to set up. Our party was from 5:30-7:30. We got the full package… jump time, pizza, juice and paper products. We went to the party room to have dinner but they somehow forgot to order our pizza, were not at all apologetic and simply said “well, we can’t make it now because there’s another party coming.” So the 15 kids did not get dinner. No real apology, we had to ask for a refund and they didn’t offer any type of compensation. If you go here definitely bring your own food.

This is the better of the bounce house establishments we have gone to in the area. They have a good selection of attractions for the kids. The arcade is well set up as well for slightly older kids as well.

went to attend a birthday party that a family member invited us to attend at Super Jump Party Zone. The employees there told us that my son who is a toddler that he could not jump on the bouncy houses because he was a burn survivor. I was upset so I did my best to distract my toddler to play with other things while we are at the birthday party. my aunt was super bummed out because she had rented a party out for everyone to enjoy for the kids to have fun play and let their energy out for a birthday party. She told me she did not want to return for any more parties after this. My child may be a burn survivor but I didn't like that he was treated that way. He is still a kid and should still be able to be a kid and have fun. His burns are healed. Burn survivors can still have fun on bouncy houses. Please ask your employers to learn more about burn survivors. me and my family always enjoyed this establishment too!! this last birthday event we attended however was sad.. awful... because of the way my toddler was treated.

The place was ok, the staff was very nice. The kids had fun and that's what matters but there were a few things that bothered me. There is a Foosball table to play but no balls, there is an air hockey table, fun right? Nope barely any air. So the things there that the adults could be apart of, kinda working. They seemed to want more money to play the basketball game, why? It's a private room paid for so why do I need to carry around change if I want to shoot some hoops? Just a fee things I noticed while there. Again staff was very nice.

It's a little dated but the staff was very kind and. The equipment was in good condition considering it's just there to be abused by kids. Clever situation. It's a great place as a central location especially for parties.

My kids loved this place. We were invited to birthday party here and we really enjoyed it ourselves too. Customer service here was also good overall

I was not happy over the rule of no adults being allowed to participate. The games cost extra and the payment methods are difficult to understand which led me to spending so much more money than I wanted too. But my Bug loved playing the games.

had a birthday party here, the staff was rude. one team member would say we can do something and another would say no.
when we called and talked over the phone the plan and timing of things was going to go was very different then what was put on the invoice AFTER paying . and that’s where our biggest problem was cause who we talked to and made the plan with and the invoice didn’t MATCH AT ALL BUT WE ALREADY PAID AND THEY SAID NO REFUNDS
seemed like the manger was only counting how many people was in my party, cause as we knew 45 people max and we had less then that. it was like our party was watched . and that made my family very uncomfortable.
when my auntie went to go talk to the manger about talking to a higher up on how things was planned out and how our experience was over all , she told us that the person she talked to didn’t care and was very rude.
seems like that staff was only watching my party. no one else’s
after paying cause they asked for a deposit, we had brought our own food like they said we could but didn’t have anywhere to put it and put in a staff room where people was going in and out of , and to my and my family , who knows what they could had done to our food. and germs that are in there .

Kids always have a good time. I would give it a five star but the prices did go up recently. Also, games and machines get turned off 10 minutes prior to closing time.

They do not clean between parties. My 2 year old went to a party and brought home a horrible case of HFMD, resulting in my 3 month old needing to be hospitalized! When I called to inform them they have an outbreak I was told “we clean every day. You can’t prove your kid got it here.” Then she hung up on me. Save your kids the torture of going through this. It’s so highly contagious and they clearly don’t clean.

Chaundra was extremely rude when my God son got a bloody nose and acted like it was an inconvenience to clean it up after I specifically offered to do it myself. The rest of the staff was really kind but she ruiend the experience.
