The few negative reviews made me hesitant, but I'm glad I called and spoke with Margarita. She took the time to address my concerns, and now I understand why this family-run business has so many loyal customers.
We purchased an ILVE range, and the entire experience exceeded expectations. Margarita in the office was helpful and responsive, while Nazar's expertise was as advertised - he walked us through everything we needed to know about the new range and shared valuable tips we wouldn't have gotten elsewhere.
If you're on the fence because of the few negative reviews, call and talk to them directly. The positive reviews tell the real story. Highly recommend.

I wish I could write a more positive experience it it’s been almost 18 months from first talking with them. I got an ILVE 48in gas range and it ended up taking over 9 months to get and was not given any updates. After many attempts to reach out for any updates or tracking I finally got it delivered. Then after I opened I found that they sent me the wrong one. I was supposed to get black with brass hardware. They sent me black with silver and a different style door. I called and they said they would send me new hardware. I was okay with this to resolve this even though this requires me to deconstruct the top of the oven to remove the bars, remove and replace doors, and hope that nothing breaks. However even with all of this there would still be features that would be silver. However I agreed to receiving the new finishes to make it more simple.
However, this was 7 months ago and I have reached out over 20 times and they will no longer get back to me. I am upset I didn’t just deny the delivery and get a refund. I was hopeful they would send the parts and resolve the issue. I will update if I get it resolved.

The Range Store was a pleasant surprise for me. At the time, I searched all over Seattle for the ILVE range in Antique White, but it was out of stock everywhere, and every store told me I would have to wait at least six months. I decided to call The Range Store, and Margarita was extremely efficient in checking the inventory for me. She quickly helped me place the order, and the range arrived in just over a month. The product is absolutely beautiful, and after using it for a while, I’m very happy with its performance. I really love it! Many thanks to Margarita!

We bought an Ilve dual fuel range from the Range Store in Auburn. Excellent customer service and installation. Our home is in Mason County and it was no issue for them to come here to do the install. Everyone was so helpful, very knowledgeable about the range and helped us make the best decision. Highly recommended the Range Store.

Nazar and his team at The Range Store were knowledgeable, honest, and very helpful. They spent the time my wife and I needed to ask questions and make sure we found a great range at a great price. I can highly recommend this shop, and already have sent several friends their direction.

They were very gracious waiting for my new house to close (almost 3 months!) and even swapped out the in house stove to replace in to my former residence. They provide lots of tips and advice for the one I purchased. I would highly recommend this store.

Had an awesome experience at this range store in Auburn, WA! Nazar was super helpful and got me a custom range hood at a great price. He and his helper even loaded everything into my truck, which was a huge help. On top of that, they threw in a free fan for my new hood—such a nice surprise!
If you’re looking for something custom for your kitchen or need a new oven or range hood, this is the place to go. Great prices, great service—highly recommend! Also, check out their Instagram page—they have some great pictures of their products there!

We had a need for a repair to a recently purchased range from a dealer other than the Range Store. We called the manufacturer who then called their authorized repairman. Turns out that repairman was Dmitry from the Range Store. Dmitry is the most knowledgeable appliance tech I have ever met. He meticulously searched for and located the faulty electronic part, ordered it and returned to quickly install it. If Dimitry is representative of the Range Store, I’m sold on them.
