Dasha immediately made me feel at ease, with her organization, proactive community tips, and kind professionalism. I felt respected, heard, and sadly that's not too common with leasing. Highly recommend!! I've only taken a tour so far but was immediately enamored by the community.

Highly Recommend this place just moved in and Jordan was extremely helpful and made the leasing process smooth. Love the amenities, 24/7 gym, roof top lounge area. And my absolutely favorite thing is the grills on roof top!

Excellent complex, always doing fun activities for the residents. The staff is wonderful and their most tenured staff member Emma is truly a delight and always handled things promptly and efficiently for me! Couldn't ask for better

About The Verge
The Verge is a perfectly situated – close to the Sounder Transit Station, shopping, dining and entertainment. Easy commute to downtown Seattle and the Seattle Tacoma International Airport and close to Green River Community College, the MultiCare Auburn Medical Center, The Outlet Collection and the Interurban Trail. With sweeping views of Mount Rainier, the mountain looks so close, it feels like you could almost reach out and touch it.
