Honestly I don’t know why this place doesn’t have higher reviews. I lived in the area for over a year. I love the downtown Auburn area. It’s close to everything and the downtown area has soo many fun activities. I always saw the Verge on my drive to my old apartment. After taking a tour the place has sooo many amenities that I haven’t found anywhere else. Car wash, dog wash, rooftop, theater, vending machine *NEW*, plenty of meeting areas, courtyard, everything is app based, too many things to list! They really do offer a lot.
The move in process was great! The staff has been very accommodating and welcoming, they even reserve you an elevator for your move in. I received a welcome gift on my first day. I've only been here a couple weeks and they already had fun activities for the residents including free baked goods! Thanks for making me feel welcome. Honestly have not been here long but really excited to be here and happy to have stayed in the Auburn area.

They were so quick to take my six hundred dollar deposit.I was not accepted there due to credit.And now they're fighting me on giving back my deposit, not a place that I would ever wanna live, got a call back yesterday saying manager would call me by 2pm and will expedite getting my deposit, no call, called today now its gonna be few weeks till i get my $600 back , mind you i was declined less then an hour... horrible service

Dasha immediately made me feel at ease, with her organization, proactive community tips, and kind professionalism. I felt respected, heard, and sadly that's not too common with leasing. Highly recommend!! I've only taken a tour so far but was immediately enamored by the community.

I lived at The Verge for a little over a year and the experience was phenomenal. The property was always clean and the staff was always friendly.
Even when going through some financial issues, they did everything they could to support me and ensure that I could remain a resident through the turmoil.
Hannah, who was the property manager at the time along with her staff: Elizabeth, Emma, and Rebecca were always willing to listen to my concerns, addressed any issues, and took care of all the residents as if they were family.
I couldn’t have asked for a better complex to have lived.
Thank you all for everything you did for me when I was struggling. I hope and wish for your continued success!!

Highly Recommend this place just moved in and Jordan was extremely helpful and made the leasing process smooth. Love the amenities, 24/7 gym, roof top lounge area. And my absolutely favorite thing is the grills on roof top!

I don't understand the low rating. I've lived in The Verge for two years now and I have enjoyed every moment of it. The staff are amazing people. I'm a critical person and won't dash scores except it is an honest review. I asked and ask them multiple questions and they help all the time with great attitude.
The neighbors are cool. Most people will say hi and give you a smile. The environment is clean and safe. It's not a boring place to live cos there will be activities to make you feel the luxury you are paying for. You'll definitely get your money's worth.

I just moved in, and I’m already loving it here! The building is gorgeous and always kept so clean. Jordan, the leasing specialist, was amazing—super helpful and made the whole leasing process stress-free.
The location is really convenient, especially being right next to the train. There is some noise, but it’s manageable and totally expected.
The amenities are incredible—especially the rooftop, which I can’t wait to use more. So far, everything has been great.

The Verge Apartments have been a great place to call home. The community here is welcoming, and the amenities like the gym and shared spaces are perfect for everyday living. Jordan was a huge help during my move-in, making sure everything went smoothly and that I had everything I needed. The management team is really attentive, always quick to respond and genuinely focused on making sure residents are happy.

Excellent complex, always doing fun activities for the residents. The staff is wonderful and their most tenured staff member Emma is truly a delight and always handled things promptly and efficiently for me! Couldn't ask for better

Hannah is a TERRIBLE manager as is Emma the assistant manager. One of them has no morals!!! Management clearly needs them as being desperate after all the complaints residents have left and they do nothing to keep the residents happy just their bank accounts… building smells like pee everywhere only upside to being here is that he maintenance team Jordan is new but she is helpful I just don’t know how long she’ll last here with a horrible team. I will be moving out don’t recommend

This place is so elegant and high class ! Feels like a hotel . Maintenance does a great job keeping it together , The staff here is very helpful even over small things . Very professional very pleasant and an enjoyable place of living . Jordan and Emma helped me out into looking into my new place , very enjoyable process . Wish everywhere you apply to gives the same respect as them ! Thank you guys for giving me that experience !!

I really love my apartment! It is a spacious one bedroom with a den and a balcony overlooking a beautiful park like courtyard. There is a terrific open concept kitchen with good appliances and there’s a full sized washer and dryer in my unit. The management here is excellent; they genuinely let listen to you and respond promptly. I’m seriously impressed by Dave and his maintenance team - it is really the best I have ever experienced and they take care of whatever your problem is the same day as you notify them! Another plus for me is the security here; using key fobs both for building entry, the elevators and all facilities.
I nearly forgot to mention all the great facilities for residents; from a stunning, fully equipped room for entertaining, to a gym, a theater, meeting rooms and a huge rooftop deck with outdoor furniture and gas grills! There’s even a suite for washing your dog!
I highly recommend the Verge to anyone seeking a full service apartment complex in Auburn WA.

I don't just give out a bad reviews but I swear, Th front of the apartment smells like dog urine and dog poops are everywhere. I don't get why they never clean up the sidewalk. Poor management.

The worst 15 months in an apartment. They do not care about anything but your money. They will make you park a block and a half away (and make you pay nearly $200 to do so), and won’t even tell you when they are notified by police that your car is broken into due to their negligence when it comes to safety for resident’s vehicle’s. Also, when you move out, they will charge you $500+ for “cleaning & maintenance” even when you deep clean before leaving, so don’t bother. You’re better off living in a box on Main Street rather than giving the Verge your money. 0/10 don’t do it.
