Manager she was bad deal with me didn't believe the customer years i bought my staff from Tommy today last day deal with this store manager has no experience how deal with us i return shirt its Tommy she told me this not tommy shirt crazy manager she didn't know how to put the shirt number in computer and she decided not tommy shirt and she cant return or replace with different color or store credit. Finally i give this shirt to manger to tommy company for free to sale it again and i want to see how this shirt not tommy shirt . Hey manger take this shirt free

I bought some boxers and one of them were put on the wrong tag. I bought a size 28-30 and got a XL. I tried to exchange for the right size or store credit and the store manager and assistant mgr refused to help. It’s clearly their fault that they put a wrong size tag to the wrong boxer. It’s not much but the customer service is unprofessional. Just don’t shop here unless you make sure to open the tag and verify with the size. I asked for their names and they argued and wouldn’t give me their names.

I went to this store last week on Sunday and wanted to try a couple of items but the fitting rooms were closed. The staff said that they wouldn't open them because people come there to steal. So I left and won't be returning for sure.
