I reserved a trailer online and i needed just bring my car from shop to my home it's about two miles away i didn't need the insurance and i said that to person who helped me but whn i got invoice they added $8 for insurance. Plus the person who connected trailer to my truck didn't secure the chains it was not safe. I sent an email and nobody replied me.

Disgruntled employee is chasing customers away. This is typical business in Auburn there is either no management or an unqualified manager.

The storage unit was clean, large and dry. Only one thing could have made it better. The largest cart to haul very large items has a defective wheel, making it very difficult to use. We tried it once, but gave up after that first time.

I made a reservation via phone over a month prior to my move date, they gave me a price and pickup date. They said that if I used the round trip fleet instead of the one way fleet that i would be guarenteed a truck. They told me I would be contacted the week of the pickup the location of the truck I was getting. The day before I was supposed to pick up the truck I CONTACTED THEM and was told there would be no truck. There were none available in the state. So the day before my move I am told that my reservation is canceled. I had to scramble around and find another truck company last minute and pay triple. Ps.. the second moving company said that Uhaul customers had been calling all week saying their reservations had been canceled. If your going to make reservations make sure you have the equipment to support it. I was lucky to find another truck at short notice. Thanks for screwing me U-haul

They usually always seem to have what you need for any most hauling, trailering or moving needs!!! Seem to be very professional tho customer service could be worked on it...
