Never answers the phone. They are impossible to get ahold of at almost anytime of the day. Take it from someone who has a unit here. They send you over to there “centralized uhaul team” that sent helpful at all. 0 stars if I could

To improve I'd say nothing that I found in need of improvement but, all I can say is keep up the great, quick, and awesome service. In all honesty this place has the best service, showroom, and fleet of trucks, trailers, and etc. that I have seen in the state and or any other Uhaul locations that I have been to. Great Job Team!

Rent you vehicles leave stranded on the side of the road. I write this as I am waiting for service for over an hour to come out and get the truck running again as I sit on the side of a freeway.

My Ubox was located here for monthly storage and I had a great experience every time I came to access my unit! I had horrific experiences at other uhaul facilities when my Ubox was located elsewhere, so it was very comforting to work with staff that was kind, helpful and honest. I didn’t mind the further drive from central Seattle for better customer service!

Pathetic experience! U-Haul-Auburn ripped me off completely. I’ve always rented equipment from Home Depot and for the first time tried u haul. I am absolutely certain that it’s also the last time.
First they charged me for equipment (truck), then charged me a dollar for each mile and additionally charged me for fuel (never told me it’s coming)! On top of that they charged me an additional environment fee for an ancient truck that that was in the worst kept shape (I’m talking jammed gears, greasy ramp, noisy engine, 140K+ miles) to top it up my wife and i could barely breathe as the truck reeked of weed!
I rented the truck for an hour and half, drove it for 34 miles and paid a bomb for the worst experience ever.

When Tractor supply was charging $2.99 per gallon for propane this Uhaul place was charging $4.85 per gallon. They have no shame.

I had a great experience (not the locked out part)when I accidentally locked my keys in the Uhaul at pick up, the 2 ladies working the Wednesday night shift today helped tremendously with attempting ways to assist. Whilst I needed to call roadside assistance at the end of the day I can't say these ladies didn't try their best to help. Great people helping a crummy situation. Thank you.

This location commits fraud and charges extra to "refill" the tank when we had already refilled it and returned it with as much gas as when we got it (which was only 1/4 of a tank). We spoke to Gary Jewell over the phone who told us he would cancel the fraudulent charge ($115.00!!). He stopped responding to our emails after we emailed him our picture proof and he never refunded us. A different employee (Larry Brown) emailed us a picture as "proof" that the tank was empty (as they claimed) that showed the gas at E... WHILE THE TRUCK WAS OBVIOUSLY OFF. Do yourself a favor and use a different location. At the very least, don't believe the employees when they tell you you can "just leave the truck" and they'll finish the check out process for you.... The truck was also in very bad condition and was letting fumes into the cabin! We're reporting this business to the Attorney General and everyone we possibly can.
