While filling tank, gas leaked out from under truck. I had to manually click off gas nozzle.

We recently rented 2 U haul trucks a 20 foot and 26 foot for our move. A couple of days after the trucks were returned I noticed 2 charges of over $300 on my credit card from U haul. I called right away to ask why my card was charged these extra charges. After getting no where with the first customer service rep I asked to speak with a manager. After over an hour the manager said one charge was due to damage and the other excessive miles. We did neither. She researched and found out indeed it was a mistake on the mileage and said she would be happy to credit us $314. The other charge would have to be disputed. The disputed process is a joke and Uhaul has no intention of cresting the $376 charge. They say the have a picture to prove we did the damage however it is not their practice to share any photos with a customer! After another very long phone call and being rudely interrupted by a Uhaul Manager named "George" my husband and I were out of patience and understanding. We are stuck with a charge that is NOT ours to pay! Take pictures of your entire truck when you pick it up even the top of the truck! Don't pay for extra insurance it does nothing! Take a picture of your odometer at pick up and drop off. UHaul is a dishonest and unworthy company. Don't trust any employee because they all you give you untrustworthy information that customers end up paying for. Very disappointing such an old company is being ran so poorly.

Candace is the best down here, I enjoy her help every time I walk in. Also the price of the storage units are the cheapest I've been able to find!
