I want to say a big fat shout out to Toby and Sydney they were amazing me and my son were in there shopping today and they helped us out tremendously they were amazing I'm only going to this Ulta in the mall and that is it I used to go to the Southcenter one and the Renton one but they are so rude and judgmental I can't even do it I don't even go anymore but I'm going to start going now to this one and again shout out to the two girls that helped me my son today thank you

I booked for a blow out. I did not get a blowout. Instead what I got was a (very nice) lady who blowdried my hair with her fingers. Didn’t use a brush at all. After my hair was totally dry, she curled it with a curling iron. She used heat protectant on only some parts of my hair. I paid and tipped because why not. I left and as I’m driving home I can smell my burnt hair. Like a burnt curling iron. It was on my mind all day, every time I caught whiff of my hair it made me feel regretful. I’ve always gotten blowouts and never once had a bad experience until I came to Auburn Ulta recently. By 7pm that night the top of my hair was frizzed as were the ends of my hair. I actually called and talked to Tobi the next morning and she was a bit defensive and blamed it on me that the consult went wrongand I may have said something that made the stylist do what she did. We couldn’t come to a resolution. I honestly just want a refund now but according to Tobi that’s not an option. Please look up the definition of ‘blowout’ and never tell me it’s my fault she misunderstood when I booked a BLOWOUT. A SIMPLE SERVICE. horrible customer service. I went in there twice and had help from different workers and was unsatisfied with both my experiences with them. One of them was rude and wouldn’t look up the product availability for me at checkout and was distracted talking about outside plans to her workers and the other was extremely unenthusiastic.

We had a girl named Harleen/Arlene (I'm not sure but overheard another employee say it) who completely ignored us most of our transaction and walked of before it was even over leaving another employee. Honestly shocking for an Ulta to have this terrible of service. Really disappointed.

Cindy was fantastic! She went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for, taking the time to explain the benefits of different products. Her friendly demeanor and expertise made the whole experience enjoyable, and I left feeling confident in my purchases. I highly recommend asking for her assistance if you're ever in the store! I truly appreciate her patience and willingness to answer all my questions. It's rare to find such great customer service, and I can't wait to return for more shopping! Overall, Cindy made my visit memorable, and I’m grateful for her help. She definitely deserves recognition for her outstanding service!
