Worth stopping in if you are in the area. Majority of the store is newer funkos but there are other items to look at as well. The Pokemon plush mostly seemed not authentic which was a disappointment as a collector.

I absolutely love this place so many great figurines always a great atmosphere the employees are so nice and cool and they have a great sale wall in the back all pink tags are 1/2 prices so I always manage to find great pops for a great price once got a giant lebron james for $15 for my dad's birthday

Very nice owners! Great selection of products, especially if you're a Funko fan like me. Do come down to a signing that usually happens about once a month or so. They help support local artists and businesses as well. Definitely a place to shop in the mall!

Attended an event at this store today and it was a terrible experience. Most poorly run event I’ve ever attended. Of course the voice actors and vendors were lovely but that’s the only even remotely positive thing I have to say about the whole event. Owner was extremely callous, rude, and honestly straight up disrespectful. Couldn’t recommend it less. I will never be back.

The owner of the venue was skeevy and made my two cosplayer friends who were female presenting incredibly uncomfortable by continuously attempting to take pictures and converse with them after they voiced disinterest. Including deliberately saying they did not give consent for their photos to be taken.
As well as speaking incredibly disrespectfully to people who had been in line for 4+ hours about how his "back hurt after hanging out with the voice actors all last night". He sees his attendees as walking wallets and little else.

I Love unlock the con. I'm wheelchair bound and all the employees help with getting things down for me, even lowering the comic book boxes so I can go through them.

Last year was the first time that I visited Unlock the Con store. I was looking for a few funko pops and they greeted me immediately. It was an amazing experience. This year I went back and found a few more funkos. They were very nice and very helpful both times. I was impressed with the service and would love to recommend this store to anyone interested in a collectable store in the future.

What an incredible shop! Its very accessible to those with mobility aids! Awesome variety of figures, pops, art and chase items you would find at actual cons! Very polite attentive staff! We got several neat things for my sibling who adores Poer Rangers. I even saw a couple things I myself would love to have! Lovely place highly recommend! Well worth the trip from tacoma ^_^

Very knowledgeable, Big selection, super nice to talk to. They have all kinds of stuff. Funko, Bags, comics, and more. Definitely a must stop when in the area.
