We have been going to the store for the past 10 years and have had no problems. Everyone has been professional but lately the employee named Kate was very rude and doesn’t know how to speak to customers. Someone like her will eventually ruin the reputation of this store for its professional customer service.

Patrick always helps me with my Amazon returns and he’s always shown awesome customer service! This location is farther away from me, as opposed to going to the auburn location, but because of great customer service, I choose to come to this location. Thanks Patrick! Keep up the good work! :)

Dropped 2 Amazon packages for return and they failed to process or scan or return one of items! Amazon will not issue me a refund until they receive it and it has apparently disappeared!

I will not return here. Shipped a package, needed a piece of tape to seal an 8 inch opening for a package that barely weighed a pound. Was charged $1.66 for a piece of tape. That’s not customer service, it’s ridiculousness!!!

$3 to print a shipping label. $5 for a box. How is the shipping label worth more than half a box ? Besides the outrageous pricing, their service is awful, seems like everyone here hates their job. Better to do Amazon returns at Whole Foods or Kohl’s and any shipping with USPS or FedEx.

Rude! And lied to me. She said you need a label. I was told I didn't. Yes you need label. I didn't believe her so I opened my Amazon app and found the qr code. Will this work. Yes label. Well then don't lie to me and say I need to go home to my computer and print a label. Also bring your own packing tape. On the occasion you do need to bring a label they won't tape it on for you, unless you pay them a buck fifty. Terrible service..
