I feel attacked! I’m a company employee and a customer. The owner is unreasonable to everyone.

The guy who always works here is incredibly rude. Every time I come in he almost yells at you for things that don't even make sense. I was trying to send a package off with a QR code and when I came in there was no line and he literally just ignored me for 2 minutes packaging other packages and then by the time a line formed he came up to me and he said is it a return and I said no and he said you need to go to the automated machines and do it there and I told him again it's not a return and he started yelling at me and he said you have to go there. There was a big line by the machines that had to wait for and by the time I scanned it with the machines it would not allow it because it had to be done with an associate just like I told him in the first place and then I came to him and I told him this and he started being even more rude by by taking the package and having to print a label for me would never come back here again . I've been to a different UPS store in Covington before and the people there are always so nice and they never have a problem. Even if it was a return, they would still do it for you and not make you go stand in the line for the automated machines.

Super rude! No hello or anything- not very friendly and deferred everything to some iPad thingy that does all the work... That was my first time seeing one in a UPS store so excuuuussseee me!
And that the owner in some responses is basically demanding people to review their own comments and change them to a 5-star review and also being rude in some of the other responses should tell you something right there.

The store owner was completely rude and disrespectful when I wanted to return my Amazon return. Also, it was a very expensive $2000 monitor that I returned or attempted to return. But the Amazon seller sends me a picture that the return label was removed from the monitor box and one single screw was attached to the label and someone stole the box with the monitor and completed fraud. Now I have to deal with getting my return refunded. Never go to the store for any reason they should be out of business. He also yelled at me for sliding very carefully and gently the cardboard smooth monitor box on his carpet. If it’s not the person that is picking up the package from this location to the return that stole this monitor, I am accusing of the store owner, which was there of doing this.

Do not go here to get notary done. Extremely unprofessional. They charged me and then told me they don’t do witnesses so I was pretty much looking at pages of useless notarized documents that can’t be used because they don’t sign as a witness. Then I was spoken to rudely and chuckled at. Do Not Go Here !

I have used the Auburn Way NORTH UPS Store many, many times in the last couple of years. I always receive prompt, courteous and friendly service. The staff here are quite knowledgeable about shipping options. In fact, several times they offered suggestions for dilemmas I had regarding shipping of packages. Several services are also available at this locations. I highly recommend this 5 star self- rated Auburn Way NORTH UPS Store.
