I have always received good service at this UPS location. In recent months there has been a new team member added. A young man (late teens/early 20's)...I don't know his name but, he ALWAYS goes above and beyond my expectations to help me. I appreciate his attentiveness! He has been an excellent addition to the store!

They offer a wide variety of services. The store is neat, clean & organized. My needs were taken care of efficiently & the workers there are very cheerful, friendly & knowledgeable! I highly recommend this store!

Alright real talk tho, i just want to be honest. Somebody who works here does not use deodorant. Im not even exaggerating, the smell covers the whole store and is very strong. Please wear deodorant, its my honest feedback.

Owner opened late then charged me 3.75 to print out one sheet of paper. Wouldn’t let me send to the ups email address. Insisted I use his gmail account. Then his computer wouldn’t work and I had to go to work so wasted the entire time for no reason. Terrible business

Terrible customer service. No customers at the counter and the owner tells me to use the kiosk to do my own return. Very lazy. Will not be returning.

The owner and his staff are extremely rude, degrading. They inappropriately interpret and use UPS standards at their descretion, as opposed to uniformly, making a simple business transaction unpleasant. I was nearly denied service, for merely asking valid questions, on a transaction that I had completed many time prior and now was experiencing a change in process for now reason other than I asked a question.I highly recommend that customers find another UPS store down the road than, contribute to this store!!

The owner of this store is extremely rude (older man).I had a prepaid label and went in to the store to send it out. The owner was not at all helpful and also seemed irritated. He was expecting to have everything packed perfectly and started schooling me about the right way. I confronted him and he refused to take my envelope. And this was after printing the drop off receipt.If you want to be looked down and get yelled at, definitely go to this store. This person will run down whatever brand value UPS has bit by bit with time. I hope the company takes some action on this guy. A customer should never ever be treated like this. And I hope he realizes he is not doing any favour to his customers and this is business.

The owner and I have had a few “choice” exchange of words throughout the years. He can be rude, then I’m rude back. Then he refuses to help me, then I argue with him. Then he helps me, and then go about my merry way. Recently they changed to “self service” and it’s actually really easy. Not sure why people are having a huge issue with it. Despite our disputes back and forth we have a tone of camaraderie. Hes not rude, he’s just Indian lol ? he’s actually pretty nice when you get to know him (I’ve been going here five years now) ??♀️ however the other guy who works there with long hair is always nice :) if you’re not tech savvy and expect everyone to do a simple job for you this location is not for you.

Terrible customer service. The manager(?) demanded that customers use the automated machine -- the only problem is that it wasn't working. He grew irate and rude, yelling at the line of customers. He proceeded to grab my phone, try (and fail) to scan it the barcode, and expressed anger when he realized that he was wrong.He then told all of us to just leave and come back another time since he can't process anything.Several other customers were trying to pick up packages, but they weren't "able to find them" even though marked as delivered, indicating that UPS is lying about delivery times. They were told to come back another day.This is inexcusable behavior.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever had. At a simple return. No one else in the store. I was the only one and the associate refused to help me. Told me to go to self-service. I asked him nicely to assist me as I don't know what I'm doing. All he stated was read the screen. I told him I don't want to do something wrong and he said all you have to do is read the instructions. So then I continued to use self-service and I was ask questions along the way. Complete disrespect and continue to say read the screen in a very rude manner. I then said how do I get my receipt and he said too late. You already passed the screen. I will never go to this location again. I have never felt so disrespected defeated and unhelped
