If you have to do business at thisbranch, then I would recommendthat you steer clear of this person.I had a 9:00 appointment with herand instead of helping me (theperson with the appointment), shehelped a walk-in before me.Then, when returning my ID andbank card, she threw them ratherthan placing them in front of me.She then insisted that she was justreturning them the same way Igave them to her. She wascompletely inaccurate. She also hasthe habit of interrupting. Very poorcustomer service. I declined tospeak to the manager becausebeings, they are understaffed, I'msure it would have been a complete waste of time.

Then, when returning my ID and bank card, she threw them rather than placing them in front of me. She then insisted that she was just returning them the same way I gave them to her. She was completely inaccurate. She also has the habit of interrupting. Very poor customer service. I declined to speak to the manager because beings they are understaffed, I'm sure it would have been a complete waste of time.

Busy bank! They have many different languages spoken here. The two that speak Spanish talk way too much! The gentleman that work there are quick & efficient. The Mgr. Robert is very knowledgeable & helpful.

Recently got a card with them and went in to get some help setting up online banking. Teller who also happens to be the banker asks for my phone, card, and ID. I asked her why and she just says to give it to her. Then proceeds typing into my phone when I ask her what she’s typing on she refuses to give me the info, then drops my phone and blames it on the phone saying it’s too heavy. Was not able to accomplish what I needed as I was directed to call the 1800 number. Worst customer service around.

Recently I had a information breach and my phone was hacked. My accounts were compromised. I went into the us bank branch in Auburn and Miranda was a huge help. She spent hours with me to set up a new account and to reset the online banking I had. I was really grateful for the help and she was there every step of the way. Thank you so much for the huge help in difficult times.

My recent experience with U.S. Bank has left me thoroughly disappointed and disenchanted. Enticed by their advertised $600 bonus for new customers signing up for their payment solution, I eagerly joined their ranks, only to be met with empty promises and unfulfilled expectations. After completing the necessary steps to qualify for the bonus, I patiently awaited the arrival of the promised $600. However, days turned into weeks, and weeks turned into months, without any sign of the bonus being credited to my account. Repeated attempts to contact customer support yielded little more than vague assurances of resolution, leaving me feeling deceived and neglected. U.S. Bank's failure to deliver on their advertised bonus is not only a breach of trust but also a blatant display of dishonesty. By luring new customers with the promise of a substantial reward and then failing to honor that commitment, the bank has undermined its own integrity and tarnished its reputation. This not only reflects poorly on the institution itself but also has serious repercussions for customers who relied on those promises when making their decision to join. Moreover, the lack of transparency and accountability demonstrated by U.S. Bank is deeply concerning. Instead of addressing the issue promptly and taking responsibility for their failure, customer support seemed more interested in deflecting blame and providing empty apologies. This dismissive approach only exacerbates the frustration and disappointment experienced by customers like myself. It is crucial for banks to prioritize trust and reliability when engaging with their customers. If I could give this Bank and Branch no stars I would. Opened 3 accts Bonney Lake office, (Bonney Lake gets a 4 Stars but only been in there to open accts) and are preferred customers. Tried cashing a check for $1500 Auburn office, was told had to deposit and get cash of $500.00. Nothing else offered, as in taking money from one of our accts? Left the Manager 3 messages, finally got through today...beyond rude! Robert, the Manager, said it was, here say, and needed to speak to my husband directly. Well Robert, as a manager, you should know that if the wife is calling.....its not good and my husband was on the phone with me, but your lack of professionalism....The question asked was what is bank policy .. regardless of what happened then, what is policy? We will be closing out our accts!

My card was lost I went to them to get a temporary one I waited there for 15-20 minutes finally they give a temporary card. I went back home. The next day I went to couple stores did couple transactions.a week later I received the permanent card under someone’s name up on receipt I took the card to the branch and said to her that looks like u guys issued someone’s card. They said to me that they will do the investigation and will share this with me. The results was that they took double from my account from what I actually spent without my permission. When I spoke to her on the phone i said to her that you thaand the lady name laly batsch told me that she has all the rights to take my money off of my bank account??? with out my permission. She was very rude and unprofessional along with her manger. I said to them that your mistakes can not double the money on me.I’ll be filling a complain against her laly bitsch and her branch manager

They don't know how to pick up the phones called 4 times never got an answer my account was being closed on the 18th they lied and closed it on the 23rd this bank is full of lies i don't recommend US BANK the manager here is useless dont recommend at all always low on staff too might as well close if you dont have enough people.
