We had an exceptional experience with Aaron. Buying a car has never been so easy and accommodating. We took our a whole family in and every person at Valley was amazing at entertaining a toddler! There was no pushy salesman trying to sell me something we didn't want or need. We were able to tell them what we wanted, took our few days to decide, and went home with an incredible new family vehicle.

The only positive part of my experience at Valley GMC was the sales consultant, who was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Unfortunately, everything that followed was extremely disappointing.
I purchased a used vehicle that was represented as having been inspected and ready for sale. Within one month and about 1,000 miles, the vehicle developed major mechanical issues, including a failing radiator and CV boot problems. These are not minor or sudden failures these are issues that clearly existed before the sale and should have been caught during the dealership’s inspection.
When I brought these concerns to management, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of acknowledging that the inspection missed serious problems, they suggested the issues must have occurred while I owned the vehicle. Mind you, the vehicle took 2 weeks to ship to me and so my actual drive time was less than a month. Their limited warranty did not cover the majority of the repairs needed. This ultimately left me responsible for thousands of dollars in repairs almost immediately after purchase.
It’s unacceptable to sell a vehicle in this condition and then avoid responsibility when problems surface right away. I trusted this dealership and was let down at every level except by the sales consultant.
I have reported this experience to the BBB and GMC corporate so others are aware. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you expect transparency, accountability, or post-sale support.

Rena, Hilary, Johannes, and Tristen were all such a pleasure to work with in getting my car! The entire process was very professional and personalized. They were all a grand support in the whole ordeal. All employees there were very attentive as well in making sure we were able to see the right people to make our purchase. Highly recommend this dealership!

If you want good professional service, stop by Valley GMC, LLC. You will not be disappointed. My car was in a body shop having repairs done and it took them 39 days to get it back to me. When they did, my battery was completely dead. I made it to the shop just before closing and they swapped out batteries, reset my tire sensors and I was on my way! Thanks for all the hard work!
