This place is a 24 hour business which has parking and a card reader to open and close the door. One day, after I had just bought a new car battery, my tire popped and my alternator had went bad. My car was stuck and I stayed with it while gathering money together for a few days, with permission to be there the entire time by law due to the card opening the door. When I finally got enough money to get a powerful jump box which doubled as a portable outlet and batter maintainer, as well as another tire, the instant I was about to leave, I was false reported to the Auburn Police for camping there without permission, and they made no mention whatsoever to the officers about what really happened. The cop apologized to me and helped push my car to the Burger King right next to the place where the owners completely understood I was not camping out and was having a serious problem with surprise vehicle failures. I got blamed for civil trespass for a reason which would be a loss on their behalf if it would have been taken to court. This place is run by sick losers, never go here.

Kudos!I received great care for my banking needs during previous calls yes. But most recently Verity'sreassurance for my account was given by the Auburn branch employees.I was hesitant to ask for help. However Mo(the very kind and capable gentleman at the first desk on the right), manged the entire matter with grace and ease! Thats no simple task.My problemswere not only attended to but all questions answered as well. I credit him for the rise in my scores (...had to be the different avenues I wasnt even aware existed. There was hope after all. I had choices, options, and ideas to try.During my last trip to ask a follow- up question, Amy and "my two new friends" ☺️ were able to set me up with Financial Coaching. It's like I have a team working WITH me.Thought I should share the experience. Now someone else can make the better decision for themselves as well.Thanks Auburn!

The employees that I dealt with were rude and had poor customer service skills. One of the worst banks I've ever done business with.

Impossible to contact the Auburn branch. Not even your call center employees can contact them! I flew in from Arizona to Washington to see someone in person. Call center says I may have to wait until Monday to hear from anyone. I don't want to go into the branch without an appointment as it is another 1 to 2 hours of driving! I have already spent an entire day getting to Washington to resolve this.

Helpful/friendly staff when problems come up, I have been hacked once and the fraud department took care of it immediately. Been with them for 5 years and hardly ever had any problems!

Been banking with Verity for decades. The service recently took a huge step down. They treated us like dirt. Also, I really don't want to support extremist political activism while banking - they are promoting it with huge billboards on windows and inside. Yikes!!! We are in the midst of going through all the work of changing financial institutions after all these years.

Financed truck through Verity. Been trying to get them to fax my vehicles documents to the DMV so I can register my vehicle since I moved out of state. It has been over a month & every week I call to see if the documents have been faxed over, they tell me they will call me back but never do. Awful customer service. The title clerk NEVER seems to be in the office or is always ‘in a meeting’. Nobody wants to do their job. Not to mention, I’ve almost been late on multiple payments & charged for it because their online banking system seems to be messed up 90% of the time when trying to make a payment. Do not waste your time with Verity.

I'm a member of BECU an affiliate of Verity. I had purchased a camping trailer that required the title to be notarized. The gentleman from Arizona that sold me the trailer and myself both with I.D. Walked in and inquired about the notarization. We were told that no he wouldn't do the notarization offering no clear reason why and that we should go to the DMV office and do it there because they had a notary on site. Called the DMV office in Auburn and was informed that no they didn't have one and would need to go elsewhere. Tried Wells Fargo where the seller has accounts but an appt was necessary and we could come back the next day. Ended up at the north end UPS store that had a notary no appt necessary and we're in and out in 10minutes. Very very poor customer service at Verity and would go elsewhere. Do not recommend.

I would NEVER do business with this bank. I have been sitting with a friend who is trying to get her frozen card unfrozen because we are traveling and need use of the card. After being on hold for 40 minutes we spoke with the representative who did not give us any helpful information and did not fix thelthe issue at all. We requested a supervisor and were told they would call us back but could not give us any timeframe whatsoever. Not satisfied with that answer, we called back were on hold for 30 minutes when all of a sudden the phone started ringing and said thank you and hung up on us. Now I called back to try to choose a different option and we have been on hold for another 35 minutes and we're still 20th in the queue!! THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!

Would never work with Verity again. Their billing costs changes constantly, the website is incredibly difficult to understand, they wouldn’t waive early closure fees on a HELOC when we sold our house, and they are just tough to work with.
