Was in today and I was (unintentionally) a pretty difficult customer. I didn't mean to be but I needed a size exchange on a few items. It was a confusing return but the cashier was patient and understanding and helped me through it all. She needed some help from a nearby associate but we made it through. I really appreciated the help and the time the girl had to spend on me. Before that I hadn't been to VS within the last few years and was really impressed with the size inclusion they're going for.

Went specifically to pick up a Christmas present and it was a quick in and out trip and the attendants were very helpful.

I was shopping today at 4pm and it was honestly the best experience I've had at a Victoria's Secret. Very attentive staff and the young lady named Leslie helped me pick out a gift for my girlfriend. As a guy, sometimes Victoria's Secret is awkward but she made me feel comfortable and cared to my needs!

Very bad ,rude and poor service , 3 ladies today one of them looks in charge but so rude and her actitud is like she hates customer service ,they have nothing in stock but if you asking be ready and prepare to receive a rude answer I never back .. sorry girls customer service is no your skill …VS is expensive we are paying for it so we deserve totally a good service … very bad experience today

very bad service, cashier was very rude with attitude i dont know her name but she had 2 nose rings and gym clothes ware. Way too stuck up after i spent quite some money.

My husband & I came in here this evening to exchange a bodysuit that he got me for a birthday gift & to spend more money with my husband with my gift card he bought me as well as him buying me more gifts. There was 4 employees & it was about 7:15pm when we walked into the store. I found the first employee & asked her if she could point me in the direction of the item I wanted to exchange for a smaller size, she answered without hesitation & said that they were all sold out & I asked if they were open till 8pm & she said yes hesitantly (she obviously just wanted to clock out). My husband & I continued to walk around the store & he immediately found the bodysuits we were looking for & found a small so I could exchange mine. As we were looking at the underwear section one of the girls from about 15 feet away says "those on there are all medium" odd because i wasn't asking I was looking at patterns & fits & hadn't asked her a thing. The vibe was just off & didn't want to spend any of our money there & shop anymore. The rude young girl who was the cashier doing the exchange for us had no customer service etiquette at all & while I was trying to find my receipt my husband said I have the credit card it was purchased with can we just handle the exchange that way since his phone number wasn't bringing it up. He inserted his cc she then proceeded to tell us we have an additional amount due (even though this is an even exchange from a purchase 3 days ago. I told her that makes no sense & that there's no way we're going to pay more for the same item which was bought with the same cc, she said that it didn't come up on his cc on computer, I asked for a manager & she pulled it up immediately & we got an even exchange as we should have. Cashier on receipt for GM knowledge is #6004745 purchased at 7:40pm on 9/28/23. Overall horrible experience & shitty customer service had I not asked for a manager nothing would have been accomplished. Do better V.S.

Arrived at the store 2 hours before closing and was informed after shopping for 45 min that my daughter and I would not be able to use the fitting rooms as they wouldn't have time or staff to put the "go backs" away.Super unhelpful staff.

A young lady named Patricia as I walked into the store immediately greeted me, let me know some of the deals in which I was already hoping and looking for.Sized me to make sure I was still the same size or cup.Suggested a different size and sent me the direction of the great deal I did find as well as the bra my exact size.It fit great better than the one I had.So appreciate another woman taking the moment to care for another woman.

The WORST shopping experience, ever!!!! There were 2 pretty difficult customers in line trying to check out at the register in the middle of the store. They kept changing their mind about something, being indecisive about whether to buy the clothes they picked out or if they could use their online coupon, how to get the best possible deal using her rewards, etc. Took about 15 minutes until she finally got everything squared away. Then the 2 Latina customers who were next, were about to pay when all of a sudden questioned the pricing of the items they picked out, read the credit card deal for the $25 discount as something else and were trying to question the employee! Kept contesting it, so a different store employee came from the other side to ring us up. We were finally able to pay and leave after waiting to check out after 30 minutes of waiting for 2 frickin' customers!!! Nobody apologized for the inconvenience, and the store only had 4 other customers browsing around! How can the checkout process be so incompetent?!? 2 difficult customers in a row, but how about opening up more registers instead of only having one?!?!? We could have been in and out in 10 mins, tops. But 30-40 mins?!? And most of that time was waiting to check out!!!

The only reason I go to the physical store is to try on bras. I have an unusual bra size and cannot just order online - even if the band and cup size is right, the style may not work well for my lifestyle. There were several staff members tidying the store, but I was informed after picking out several bras to try on that the fitting room was closed because of staff shortage. I asked if there was any way I could try on the bras and was told no. I said that if that was the case, I did not feel comfortable buying anything. The sales associate told me that was just fine. I had driven 30 minutes to be able to physically try on bras. For a store that prides themselves on being bra experts, you'd think that fitting room availability would be a top priority. I used to manage women's clothing retail - fitting rooms were always the top priority in my store. I feel humiliated that my bra size is such that I require a fitting room to make sure I'm getting the support I need, but that a fitting room could not be made available for me. I will not be shopping here again.
