If your insurance allows you to go anywhere else for pharmacy services, RUN don't walk to another pharmacy. They repeatedly don't have the drug in stock my doctor prescribes, even though the doctors request has been in their system for days. The drug doesn't still doesn't get ordered. OR they can do a PARTIAL refill, necessitating me to come back a 2nd time to pick up the remainder of my prescription AND this creates TWO copays that have to be paid instead of one. Today I got a notification my prescription is ready. So I make a special trip there and their system is down, "So they have no way to tell if I have a prescription ready." I have the notifications on my phone that it's ready and the copay amount due. "Nope, we can't have any prescription pick ups until the system is up. You can call us later to see if the system is up." You'd better have a LONG time to wait if you're giving this place a call. After a long wait on the phone, they answer the phone, only to put you me back on hold again. It's a CLUSTER of a very poorly managed pharmacy.

I really like the pharmacy at this Walgreens! I started coming here after too many horrible experiences at the Walgreens in Lakeland Hills. The staff here is nice, helpful and really provided good customer service. They are quicker on refills also! I started coming to this store about 4 months ago and have been surprised about the consistently good service at the pharmacy. The rest of the store seems to struggle with stock, staffing, etc., but I don't really shop and the pharmacy has been great!

Could not get their 'fancy pants' photo machine to do Anything correctly. It wouldn't delete, start over, 'No! Not that pic!'... etc..I was not pleased. Simple poster. All I wanted... still don't know if I'll get it. Walgreens has no, none, nada trained or knowledgeable staff anywhere, and I go there 3-4x a week. Staff is all fresh, young, clueless, and I don't even know what a managers attire should look like. No wonder people shoplift. It's nigh impossible to get the right price to ring up, but Walgreens is totally overpriced, especially in the Skincare, and of all things; hair accessories, like rubber bands, hair clips, barrets. You get the idea. Walgreens used to be awesome, and I was thrilled when they put the one by Goodwill in S. Auburn. I live 4 blocks away, but when Walgreens charged me almost $5 for 50 or 75 cotton pads for makeup removal? I became very unhappy set my items down and left the store without getting what I needed. I want to be loyal, but they aren't making it worth it.

The shelves are always empty the theft there is out of control which isn't the stores fault but I hate being in there and it's just constantly everything's being stolenThe shelves are always empty the theft there is out of control which isn't the stores fault but I hate being in there and it's just constantly everything's being stolen The staff does the best they can, but there is no help, usually just a cashier and maybe, maybe 1 other employee or mgmt. Walgreens has ruined their stores by cutting staffing no photo department no cosmetic lady. It's depressing. It's just alcohol and cigarette sells every time I'm in line. A sad statement of Walgreens

Don't take passport pictures here. The price is $14.99 for two, and I take pictures with phone, and the quality is terrible.

So horrible! I walked around looking for a quick little gift to give. I found some cute string lights that were pineapples. The sticker for the display said "pineapple lights 10 ct 4.99" when it was rung up, it was 12.99. I asked if I could show the cashier the tag and she said yes ... she walked me back and matched the teeeny tiny barcode to each of the sticker barcode. The description though said palm trees... she asked a manager and he also matched the barcodes and I said "yes but it's not even the right description. Are you gonna honor it?" He said "no." The display was directly above the tag and he said "oh it must have been moved slightly and this is probably for a tinier set". I would have been ok if they could have shown me a tag that had the description of the item I had in my hand, but the only one that had that description was the one that read 4.99. There was nothing Nothing NOTHING that had a tag for 12.99 that said pineapple. It's not my fault you guys created your tags wrong with the wrong bar codes. Also.. some feedback.... customers will look at descriptions and not barcodes.
