Worst experience I had at any business in a long time. Let me be more specific it's the pharmacy at Auburn way south the cashier's aren't so bad but probably need help with more workers also north Auburn is the total opposite

It doesn’t seem like the staff are allowed to give out the bathroom code so they have to walk you to the restroom. Very strange, inefficient, and rude imo.

I have been experiencing issues with the pharmacist regarding my 4-year-old daughter's medication. Our doctor writes the prescription because we cannot afford to buy it over the counter. Every time my husband and I go to the pharmacy, they insist that we purchase it out of pocket (over the counter), despite explaining that we simply don’t have the money for that.
The doctor submitted the medication request weeks ago but it still isn’t ready. Now it has been two weeks, and my daughter still doesn't have her medicine. We called the pharmacy and were advised to enroll in text message notifications, but we never received any updates. My husband followed up again with the pharmacy and was told to continue waiting for the text messages.
I don’t understand why this is such a significant issue. I would understand if we could afford the out-of-pocket expenses, but that is not the case. The medication is specifically for a 4-year-old, and yet they have chosen not to provide it.
Our doctor suggested trying Amazon for the medication. So, if anyone is having issues with Walgreens pharmacy, I recommend having your doctor write a prescription and resolving it that way.

I have never seen such a poorly run pharmacy. Every month I call in my prescriptions for my diabetic prescriptions, and every month I have to spend hours on hold for days on end trying to reach someone in the pharmacy to find out when my prescriptions will be ready and why they are delayed once again. I have never had a pharmacy that says they cannot transfer it from a different pharmacy or not try to fill a prescription in a timely matter such as this one. Ive tried to get prescriptions from other places due to these inadequacies, but if they have it on hold for whatever reason, my insurance denies it. All I want is to get my prescriptions when I need them so I can get my diabetes under better control without another block in doing so.

If I could rate zero stars I would. I was given three prescriptions by my doctor, all three of which were sent directly here. It took days for one to be filled and when I asked about the other two I was told they didn't have them. When I called to inquire later they magically found one which will be God knows how long to be filled. Despite repeated calls I still haven't gotten a clear answer on my third medication. I can't fathom what game these people are playing at. I will be taking steps to move all of my prescriptions to a different pharmacy which unfortunately means I have to go without for the time being, but better than going without because of their incompetence.

Had a prescription sent here on a Sunday. They were closed so on Monday my husband went in to see about getting my script. They asked him about my insurance, he told them I had State insurance, they told him that they would call when it was ready. This was around 1pm . By 5:30 no phone call so I called them and they then told me that they don't take my insurance!!! They knew that when my husband was there and they didn't bother to tell him. They Suck are worse pharmacy around and they are absolutely horrible about answering the phone around closing time they will literally hang up on you or put you on hold and never come back to you!!! They have worst customer service around 30 minutes to closing time!!!!

I give it 4 stars. The manager Lee is one of the most understanding people I've ever met. Always willing to help. Unfortunately with the change within the pharmacy itself alot of things have suffered. I'm sure they are trying to get more help. Lee has ALWAYS been respectful and did everything he could to rectify a situation. What a blessing that particular store has. Considering the overturn and the area that man has held his ground. I want people to know face value you would not understand if your not a customer for years. Based on experience with this store and his ability to handle and address situations that are difficult he is AMAZING. I'm hopeful the pharmacy side will get a leader that is more in tune with the needs of the customers in this Area. Tatiana a employee who use to work the floor and now is a tech she is kinda stuck. She doesn't have what she needs to successfully help people. So she takes the heat. Which is totally unfair. Hopefully there is a change coming. I have faith in the management. I know they are doing there best. One person tho. That store manager is one person. That assistant if he has one is one person. In all the company needs to do better. Hopefully things will change.

Today around 11:56 am
I went to get some household items with my 3-year-old baby, I had a chocolate and I prepared to pay. At the time of paying, the cashier offered the chocolate to my child in her hand and told him if you want it, say PLEASE, my son has mental problems. He speaks and he doesn't know how to say that word except in English, he insisted so much that my son started crying uncontrollably and in the end he didn't give it to him, he put it in the bag and he started saying mean things about my son for not knowing how to say PLEASE.

Had a prescription called in from a doctor, Sunday. When I called to check when it would be ready, the automated message said after 7:30. I get there to find out the pharmacy isn't even open on Sunday. When I arrived Monday around 11, it still wasn't ready. Talk about customer service.

I’ve come here 4 times over the last two weeks to drop off a Fuji film camera. Every time I’ve come in, the employees on duty say they don’t know how to process the request to get my photos printed (despite me having done this 3 times at this location previously) and to come in the next day for their manager who is supposed to be in and fulfill my request. Every day I come looking for him, he’s not here. Perhaps train your employees to be able to do all of the job duties + don’t lie to customers and say someone will be on shift to help them that either A.) isn’t coming into work 2.) is imaginary and no one here is trained to do this

Almost every time I visit this store the shelves are half or completely empty. There are entire sections of the store that are just barren shelves. There's only ever one cashier until the line becomes so overwhelming that a manager steps in to help. I understand that maintaining full staffing is difficult, but having a store with no stock and no workers makes customers not want to frequent a location. Things have declined rapidly in the last 6 months, it almost feels like the store is going out of business with how few products they have available.

Such bad experience so many so many shop lifters!!! The side corner is dangerous. People drive way too fast in that blind spot! Sketchy parking lot at night, no security at all

If your insurance allows you to go anywhere else for pharmacy services, RUN don't walk to another pharmacy. They repeatedly don't have the drug in stock my doctor prescribes, even though the doctors request has been in their system for days. The drug doesn't still doesn't get ordered. OR they can do a PARTIAL refill, necessitating me to come back a 2nd time to pick up the remainder of my prescription AND this creates TWO copays that have to be paid instead of one. Today I got a notification my prescription is ready. So I make a special trip there and their system is down, "So they have no way to tell if I have a prescription ready." I have the notifications on my phone that it's ready and the copay amount due. "Nope, we can't have any prescription pick ups until the system is up. You can call us later to see if the system is up." You'd better have a LONG time to wait if you're giving this place a call. After a long wait on the phone, they answer the phone, only to put you me back on hold again. It's a CLUSTER of a very poorly managed pharmacy.
