I love most of the employees there. They have given me understanding, willing to help me in any way possible, so much care, and tell me whenever meds don't match together. Honestly, the only time I have had any unsavory experience is when new some people have started and didn't know the hang of things.

Me on Thursday: Hello, when can I get this prescription filled?Pharmacy tech: You can get it filled tomorrow (Friday).I called today (Friday) after 4pm and the person I spoke with said that they won't fill it until Monday.Don't get controlled substances filled here. They give wrong information, and lack of sleep can cost you your life.

27112 132ND AVE SE, Kent, WA 98042Until a few months ago, I had very few problems. Now, the pharmacy service is awful. They delete my unexpired refills, don't fill auto refill on time, request refills from doctor for medications I have not taken in over a year and the meds were not set for auto refill, request refills from the wrong doctors, begin refills you early so insurance won't approve then and cancel your order, when one doctor didn't approve the refill (because I wasn't taking that medication) they went back in my file over a year and tried to request a refill from a doctor who is no longer my physician! Serious issues need to be resolved.

This was the worst customer service ever! I called on 10/5/2021 at approximately 7:00pm I was told I have one patient in front of you please hold. Ok no problem I get that. I am understanding. After over 10minutes of waiting I called back(this isn't counting me putting in prompts of getting the pharmacy) the same girl answered said sorry 2 PATIENTS are in front of you. I explained I was on hold already when you said one patient and this is just a quick refill . She says yes I know but, now it is two. HOW IS THAT Customer service? I asked her name she literally clicked over and put me on hold and I waited patiently finally she answered and my call was a simple 1 MINUTE REFILL for my mother.. her name is Anita. Im sorry but, she definitely needs to be trained for customer service and learn the meaning of it. It is now 7:30pm for a 1minute call. I even told her before she put me on hold its just a quick refill.(No questions, no long conversation etc) I'm just baffled that this happened..

Their grocery pickup is a joke. If you want to sit in a parking lot and be ignored for an hour and not receive your groceries this is the place for you. We thought grocery delivery might be better. Our order is currently 4 days late and we can't get ahold of the store to ask what's going on. The Walmart customer service can't even get ahold of the store, so they've just been guessing that our groceries should be here soon. We even tried canceling our order... but this was unsuccessful too, since, you guessed it, no one can get ahold of the store. We haven't gotten our money back and our order is still stuck on "preparing". The countless hours on the phone and stress about not having money for groceries has been an incredible burden on my family. Never been more disgusted with a company.

I went in at 2:30 am to buy some Nicorette gum. I asked Dylan, customer service manager, if someone would unlock it for me. He said yes and called for someone to go to the Nicorette Gum. I head there and wait. I played a couple of games on my phone, checked the time and realized 10 minutes had passed. I head back up to the front of the store, I see Dylan and he looks at me. I say "I'm still waiting for someone to unlock the Nicorette gum." He replies that they don't "sell it this time of night." I tell him it would have been nice if someone had told me and he replies "I didn't know where you were." I say "I was back by the Nicorette gum waiting for someone to unlock it." He replies again "I didn't know where you were." I called the corporate office, the lady was nice and said they would forward this information to the store manager. I doubt it but it made me feel better just to vent. Then I called Walmart and asked to speak to the Manager. A woman finally answers, she is talking loudly in the background like I am on speaker phone. Her voice is like she has smoked a lifetime and just put out a cigarette. The woman says "What do you want?" I reply "To speak to a store Manager." She says "I am the store manager." So I proceed to ask her about the hours of selling Nicorette gum. She says "anything that is locked up cannot be purchased after 10:00pm and before 6:00am." WTF? Your talking Nicorette gum which is in a cabinet in the middle of the health aisle. My advice to shoppers is call this Walmart before going there after 10pm and before 6am to make sure what you want isn't locked up. After all, some stores have their baby formula locked up. Advice for Dylan, when your customer needs something unlocked they will be waiting there. They won't go grab some other things they need and come back later assuming you unlocked it and left it unlocked for them. Advice for store manager lady, lay off the cigarettes and get some throat lozenges. Poor customer service, a police officer standing in front of the self checkout... sketchy at best.
